After leaving BP Thunderhorse, Allie joined the Precision Team in 2013 and assists Broussard operations in all aspects of the day-to-day business. When she's not keeping up with all the paperwork in the office, Allie enjoys watching her baby girl grow up and discover new things every day.

Anthony is a graduate of the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Previously with Hoover Materials Handling Group, he has been in the IBC business for 18 years.
Chris joined the Precision IBC team on January 1, 2013, and brings to us over 28 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, PhD in organic chemistry. One of the things that attracted Chris to Precision IBC is the people. He loves being part of a team that focuses on the customer and delivers a level of service that makes great reputations. Chris is responsible for international sales, process design, training, and safety. When he's not in the office, chances are you'll find him fishing.
Cindy was previously employed by Hoover Materials Handling Group, Inc. as a key account manager, is a packaging consultant concentrating on the Northeast, Midwest, and Canada. She will be based in Crestwood, IL. Prior to Hoover, Cindy was employed at Official Airline Guides as a sales and marketing manager and Johnson & Johnson Baby Products in the purchasing department.
Cori joined Precision IBC in 2022. Prior to joining Precision IBC, Cori graduated from NEMSA and subsequently became a registered EMT. Cori's next career path took her to Coastal Chemical where she worked for 5 years and had a wide range of responsibilities from accounts receivable to shipping and receiving and procurement. However, interested in a more customer service and sales focused position, Cori joined Precision IBC as a Packaging Consultant. When not working, Cori enjoys spending time with her daughter and as a native of Louisiana, enjoys hunting, fishing, skeet shooting and golf.
After spending 4 years playing softball for the University of South Alabama, Farish decided it was time to hang up her glove and dive right into the IBC industry. As an outside sales rep, Farish spends much of her time working with customers to develop IBC programs to meet their specific needs and applications. In her spare time, Farish enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends - especially when they can get down to the beach.
India feels the best part of her job is collaborating with customers. India joined Precision IBC in 2012 and is responsible for outside sales working with customers to develop customized packaging solutions and fleet management options. India graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing. Before joining our team, India spent six years as an outside sales rep at United Rentals. When she is not working on the next best solution for Precision IBC, she enjoys traveling with her husband David.
For nearly ten years, Jason has played an integral part with ensuring our operations are running on all cylinders. The very definition of "team player", Jason works closely with Precision Sales to ensure that orders and projects are completed and shipped quickly and accurately. No stranger to the Oilfield business, we can always trust Jason to bring his A-game when it comes to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Jennie started work at Precision IBC five years ago as a Senior Accountant and works closely with our CEO and Chairman. She is a native of Mobile, AL, and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Accounting. Recently Jennie returned to school and received a Master of Accountancy degree from Stetson University in FL. Jennie loves to wakeboard, snow ski and attend Pure Barre classes when she's away from her desk.
Joseph is an Account Executive responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities. He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and an MBA from Tulane University. Joseph is an avid outdoorsman and resides with his wife and three daughters in Fairhope, AL.
Karen joins the Fairhope, AL office as a packaging consultant and Human Resources Manager. Karen recently held the position of Director of Human Resources for Mauser USA. She previously spent 15 years with Hoover Materials Handling Group, Inc. and brings prior knowledge of the business into her new role. Before coming to Precision, Karen worked with her husband, Joe Sankey, Sales Manager for Realty Executives Gulf Shores, a real estate company serving the gulf coast of Alabama and Florida.
Michael joined Precision IBC in 2013. Prior to joining Precision IBC Michael worked in subsea and filtration sector for Siemens Oil & Gas Sector. As an outside salesman, Michael is charged with developing long-term customer relationships and providing packaging solutions to help customers develop a customized rental program to best fit their needs. Like his coworkers, Michael really loves the family-like atmosphere and the willingness from every employee to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. In his free time Michael enjoys hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
He also has a Bachelor's of Science form McNeese State University.
After honing her skills in advertising for Lamar, Citadel Broadcasting and KADN FOX 15, Natalie uses her previous experience to help Precision IBCs sales and marketing departments. A proud native of Lafayette, Natalie always knew that she would one day be making a difference in the oil and gas industry. To Natalie, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution, and her customers know they can trust her to deliver a plan that works best for them in a timely manner. Natalie values Precision IBCs "family-like" atmosphere and admires its involvement with charitable organizations in the community.

Shelba is the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and President of Precision IBC, and she's also the Human Resources Manager. She admires how Precision IBCs thriving atmosphere allows employees to achieve a comfort level that enhances their ability to flourish in their positions. Precision IBC deals with customers and coworkers with a relaxed, confident and knowledgeable attitude. Prior to joining Precision IBC, she was a paralegal with 20 years experience, most recently with the U.S. Small Business Administration's National Disaster Legal Team, where she remains a Reservist. In her free time, Shelba enjoys reading, hunting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Tami is an eleven-year veteran of the IBC industry and serves her customers as a National Account Executive. She previously served The Hoover Materials Handling Group as Rental Operations Administrator. Tami has extensive knowledge of many diverse applications and can help recommend significant cost saving solutions for her customers. Tami can be reached at the Fairhope Office.
Tim previously served the Hoover Materials Handling Group, Inc. as Vice President/General manager of its Asset Tank Business Unit and has over twenty years of sales and marketing experience in the oil and industrial packaging industries. Mr. Bodron holds a B.A. degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
