Alex Adhami joined Prime Properties in 2008 as the Vice President of sales and leasing. Mr Adhami is active in all aspects of commercial real estate with a focus on office, retail, and residential income properties. Prior to joining Prime Properties, Alex worked as the Director of New Business Development for a prominent direct response advertising agency in Newport Beach, California.
Alex Adhami has an extensive background in residential & commercial real estate spanning more than 14 years, including experience in related industries such as residential sales, management & training in the residential mortgage arena, and tv/radio/print advertising for the real estate & mortgage industry.
Alex also has expertise with respect to innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing financial statements in detail, and creating sale & lease forecasts. Over the years, Alex's friendliness, enthusiasm, integrity, diligence, work ethic and negotiation skills have well served his Buyer & Seller clients. In addition to having a deep knowledge of the real estate market, Alex has transformed many of his clients into friends, who have enriched and strengthened his bond in the Los Angeles area.
Alex is not only passionate about real estate, but equally passionate about traveling, the outdoors, and numerous philanthropic organizations.
Sepehr Melamed is the founding member of Prime Properties. Mr. Melamed's practice is focused on real estate transactions. Prior to the formation of his firm, Sepehr Melamed worked at Marcus & Millichap and South Park Group, Inc.
