David M. Kramer

David Kramer joined the Pridgen team in 1996. He has served as Vice President since 2002. He is responsible for business development, leasing, sales, property management oversight, and construction and development management. He is an active Florida real estate broker, holds the CCIM and Leed AP designations and is a CPM candidate. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1996 with a degree in real estate and urban analysis. Prior to joining Grady Pridgen, Inc., he worked for The Haile Group, a family run real estate development company, which developed an award winning 2,000-acre development of regional impact in Gainesville, Florida. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife, Megan, and two children, Sadie and Robert. He earned the 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Industrial Broker of the Year given from the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. He placed in the top 3 for Industrial Broker of the Year in 2014. He placed in the top 3 for the 2015 General Broker of the Year awards by the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. He has been involved in over $622,000,000 in lease and sale transactions.

Grady Pridgen graduated from the University of Florida in 1981 with a degree in real estate and urban analysis with a minor in finance. Mr. Pridgen creates great places to live and work. Today, his company is among the largest commercial Real Estate services company in the Tampa Bay area. Recognizing that quality of life, environment and workforce housing are critical to retaining and attracting high wage employers, Mr. Pridgen began the uphill struggle to modify land use regulations to allow urban, mass transit oriented mixed-use redevelopments in employment centers about ten years ago. His journey has uncovered creative methods to drastically reduce energy, water and sewer demand. Mr. Pridgen is a former member of the Foundation board for Tampa Bay Watch. His environmental focus recognizes that the environment is an essential element of sustainable quality of life. His charitable work is centered on children and families. Family Resources, YMCA, Pinellas Education Foundation, Big Brothers and Sisters, Boy Scouts and R' Club are among the many organizations supported by Mr. Pridgen. He has served on various boards for the Police Athletic League, YMCA and Habitat for Humanity. The father of four, Grady Pridgen and his wife Jodi frequently open their home to organizations such as Family Resources that provide support to disadvantaged and at-risk kids and families. Mr. Pridgen is passionate about cultivating strength, self-confidence, and success for all kids and serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Keystone Prep High School in Odessa, FL, a nonprofit high school dedicated to providing an excellent education to students with ADHD, dyslexia, and other unique learning needs. Mr. Pridgen has won several awards for his projects including Tampa Bay's Business Executive of the Year, (NAIOP) National Association of Business and Office Parks Developer of the Year, Tampa Bay Area's Top Industrial Broker, Tampa Bay Business Journal Best New Development, Top 5 Tampa Bay Area Commercial Developer, Top 5 Tampa Bay Area Land Broker and Top 10 Tampa Bay Area Property Management Company. Tampa Bay Magazine also named him Man of the Year in 2000.
