Bryan joined Pro-Air's team in 2013. Since starting in the industry, Bryan has held positions including Service Technician, Install Foreman, Commissioning Agent and Service Sales. However, his greatest achievement to date is his current role as Pro-Air's Service Manager. Bryan's main focus is customer relations along with building a well-educated and professional service team. Bryan is a member of the Steamfitter's UA Local 602, holds a Maryland Journeyman license, DC Journeyman license, and various certifications.

Dave joined Pro-Air as a Project Executive. As a licensed professional engineer, Dave offers a unique perspective on projects and looks to provide insight to all departments within Pro-Air drawing on his vast design experience.
With over 25 years of experience in the design industry, Dave has successfully led projects in varying size and complexity. These projects include K-12, higher education, office renovation, laboratory, data centers, major renovations and government facilities. For the previous 10+ years Dave has been the Mechanical Department Head for a large engineering firm where he oversaw all aspects of the engineering design and management of the department.
Dave graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Wengerd is responsible for all aspects of the accounting & finance for the Company including financial reporting, tax, insurance, bonding and banking. Prior to joining Pro-Air in 2022, Jeremy served as Senior Director - Tax and Special Projects at InSite Wireless, LLC.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting/French from Frostburg State University where he graduated magna cum laude and a LL.M. in Taxation from University of Baltimore School of Law where he also graduated magna cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been admitted to the bar in the State of Maryland.

Matthew started working in the mechanical industry in 2008 as a Local 602 steamfitter apprentice. As he advanced in his career, Matthew transitioned from the field to the office - starting out in estimating and shifting over to project management. Matthew joined Pro-Air's team in 2022 to head up our Data Center division. Since joining, Matthew strives to bring energy, commitment, and problem solving to help his team succeed in a very competitive and fast paced world. Matthew is a UA Journeyman part of local 602 holding license in MD, VA, and Washington D. C.

Raymond Lawrence joined Pro-Air in 2017 as an Assistant Project Manager. Previously, Raymond had worked in the Process Industry building Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities, Food Manufacturing, and Clean Rooms. Throughout his time at Pro-Air, Inc., Raymond has been part of the growing Life Science Department and has been a part of many large manufacturing projects. In addition, Raymond was also part of the team that built Audi Field in Washington, DC.
