David Little

Mr. Little formed Progressive Management Group, Inc. in 2001 after a thirty-five year career involving over fifty long term care and senior housing communities. Since that time PMG has developed, owned and operated twelve assisted living/memory care communities and one independent living community. PMG currently operates five communities, has ownership in three assisted living and has four sites in various stages of development. Mr. Little holds a license as a skilled nursing home administrator and a community residential care administrator. He has been active in the State associations serving various board positions including president and various committee assignments concentrating on reimbursement and regulations and government affairs. He is a two-time winner of the Crystal Award for excellence from the SC Association of Residential Care Homes and a recipient of the President's award from the SC Healthcare Association. Mr. Little lives at Lake Lanier in Landrum, SC and is a graduate of Clemson University.

Janice Camp

Janice Camp, Executive Assistant - Has 16 year's experience as a Business Office Manager in Long Term Care Communities located in the Greenville and Spartanburg area. She also worked for our Corporate Office at a previously owned NC Community. She brings the knowledge of how the different Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities work, both on the Corporate side and the Community side.

Kelley Brooks Robinson has been involved in the Geriatric field for more than 25 years. She has served in many capacities and is currently a Certified Dementia specialist. Kelley has served as President of Upstate Senior Network and was awarded Marketing Director of the year 2013.

Rhonda Spradlin

Rhonda Spradlin joined Progressive Management in July of 2018. She is a graduate of Lander University's Nursing Program in 1986. Rhonda is a Registered Nurse who has spent the last 30 years serving our Seniors. Prior to joining the Progressiveteam, she spent 25 years with a local Home Health, and Hospice agency as Director of Marketing and Clinical oversight of various care level staff. She has led and been responsible for first impression's received by patients, referral sources and visitors. As a nurse in our Upstate Community she has worked extensively with area hospitals, skilled nursing homes, assisted living and physicians ensuring patients receive theright level of care. In her role as Director of Community Development she is responsible for managing customer service relations and working along side our Executive Directors and admission team ensuring resident admissions and satisfaction. As a registered nurse she has additional roles in performing and conducting evaluations and assessments on residents prior to admission.
