Graduated from the University of Notre Dame (BBA in Accounting) where he played varsity ice hockey, Albany Law School (JD cum laude and editor of Albany Law Review) and The London School of Economics (LLM in International Business Law). Ray is a New York attorney who resided in Russia from 1993-2010. He developed the English language Americom House of Cinema in Moscow, which dominated the Russian exhibition market from 1993 to 1996 and was Americom's attorney in its long-running dispute with the City of Moscow and Radisson. Ray then developed and was General Director from 1996-2000 of Kodak Kinomir (cinema/entertainment complex) in Moscow that for two years was #1 in the world in sales per seat and sales per screen. Ray founded 4PIX and he has produced or executive produced 13 films. Ray is a member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the State of New York.
