PROFESSIONAL HEARING SERVICES - Key Persons
Dr. Milligan grew up in Green Bay Wisconsin. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Doctor of Audiology program in 2023. Dr. Milligan completed her fourth-year externship with our practice as a student and since graduating has joined Professional Hearing Services as an audiologist.
Dr. Edward Kass was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. He is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who received his training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He joined Moreland Ear, Nose, and Throat in 1992.
Haley has been with Professional Hearing Services for over five years as our receptionist and now has been promoted to the full-time audiology assistant position. She is looking forward to working with our PHS patients. Outside of work Haley enjoys a good craft project or twelve.
Dr. Murphy is a board-certified otolaryngologist. Dr. Murphy has recently returned to the Milwaukee area where she previously practiced for 16 years. She earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa, and completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Fournier grew up in Wisconsin and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. In 2005, she obtained her Doctoral Degree in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Kelsey was born and raised in Waukesha and is glad to be back in the area, after being honorably discharged from the Army National Guard. Kelsey is excited to join the Professional Hearing Services team and to work alongside Haley to provide hearing aid services.
Dr. Mary Fox has been a lifelong resident of the Milwaukee/Waukesha area. She was born and raised in Hales Corners, earned her Bachelor's Degree from Marquette University and Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Fox is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist as well as a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons. She maintains a busy practice and enjoys the full range of general otolaryngology practice with a particular interest in pediatrics and sinus disease.
Dr. Fox is a very proud mother of two children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, and many outdoor activities, as well as reading and home remodeling.
After growing up in Michigan and Georgia, Dr. Ubell graduated with Honors from Vanderbilt University. He then earned his M.D. at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he stayed after graduating to perform research in the Department of Otolaryngology on genetic factors affecting head and neck cancer.

Dr. Irene grew up in Wisconsin and completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison in communicative disorders in 1995. She went on to receive her Master of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 1997. She completed her Clinical Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. She returned to Wisconsin in 1998 and join the staff of Moreland Ear, Nose, and Throat Group. She obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2007.
Dr. Irene is the Director of Audiology and works out of the Waukesha and Oconomowoc locations. She has participated as a consultant for the Birth to Three Program and Sound Beginnings Program, volunteered on the BEST committee for the American Academy of Audiology, and has published numerous articles on marketing.
Dr. Talmage grew up in western Wisconsin. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Doctor of Audiology program in 2021. She accepted a full-time position with Professional Hearing Services after completing her fourth-year externship with us.
Dr. Fridirici is board-certified in otolaryngology and fellowship-trained in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison, Dr. Fridirici attended medical school at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
