Mr Saurabh Srivastava is a Fellow Company Secretary empanelled with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2008 and lead the offices at Lucknow and New Delhi. He got his working experience in New Delhi and has varied experience in all spheres of Corporate Law, Secretarial Audit and provide consultancy to clients in India and abroad. He is also good in financial management and can play with figures and provide consultancy to corporate clients from a level of initiating their business uptil formal establishment. Presently, he is looking after the corporate law, back office support and make representation before Authorities like National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), The Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Government Offices like offices of the Regional Director, Official Liquidators, Registrar of Companies, Semi-Governments sectors like Bankers, Treasury, SHCIL.
