Lisa enjoys building her client relationships through the project process, and is especially intrigued with understanding their business goals, and Progressive's role in how might the client's value proposition be supported by the built environment. At Progressive, Lisa leads one of the five multi-disciplinary teams that focuses on community and workplace specific markets. Lisa has also chaired the Board of Shareholders Diversity and Inclusion Committee for a number of years.
