Kate is a Registered Valuer and a member of the NZ Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of NZ. Kate specialises in residential and small lifestyle property valuations covering the Franklin and North Waikato area.
Kate started out in a small Pukekohe based Valuation company and has worked in and out of the industry for over 25 years.
Patrick is a Registered Valuer, Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and specialises in residential valuations from Papakura and Drury in the south to Papatoetoe, Mangere East and Pakuranga in the north. He has had over 30 year's experience in the south Auckland area. Patrick started his career with the Housing Corporation of New Zealand and has since worked for a number of south Auckland based valuation companies completing valuations of a wide variety of residential property type.
Peter is a Registered Valuer and Associate of the NZ Institute of Valuers specializing in industrial/commercial work & carrying out some rural and residential work. He has had over 38 years experience in the South Auckland area. Initially Peter started his career with the Government Valuation Department working in the South Auckland area before becoming a co-founder of Property Valuations Ltd.
Russell is a Registered Valuer & Associate of the Valuers Institute. Russell specializes in rural and residential valuations in the outer areas. With over 33 years experience in the South Auckland area and 18 years in the North Waikato. He started his career in the Government Valuation Department before becoming a co-founder of Property Valuations Ltd.
