Emerson Arellano

Emerson Arellano was born in the Fort Hood/Killeen area of Texas and raised in Brownsville, Texas. At a young age, Emerson was interested in understanding the rules that governed the interactions between civilians and law enforcement. Later, Emerson became interested in the rules that governed the interactions between civilians. Emerson decided he wanted to be an attorney after he witnessed a dispute concerning the enforcement of a contract. Education Emerson attended and graduated from James Pace High School in Brownsville, Texas. He graduated in the top 10% of his class and decided to continue his education at The University of Texas at Austin. At the University of Texas at Austin, Emerson enrolled in the McCombs School of Business. He earned his bachelor degree in Business Administration in finance from the McCombs School of Business in May 2004. After obtaining his bachelor's degree, Emerson enrolled at Texas Wesleyan School of Law to achieve his goal of becoming an attorney.

Juan Carlos De Leon

Juan Carlos De Leon, a Rio Grande Valley native, joined the law firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. In his short time at with the firm, Juan Carlos has been involved in an extraordinary amount of depositions. He is aggressive in his litigation practice and is well versed in matters involving probate and real estate transactions. He is in charge of the probate law department of the firm. He has devised creative ways to plan estates for our clients and is happy to help those who are looking for a simple will, or something more complex.

Orlando Garcia

Orlando Garcia is a native of the Rio Grande Valley. He received his bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Texas, Rio Grande Valley, and earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. At St. Mary's, he made the Dean's List and was ranked in the top 5% of his class, graduating magna cum laude. He also is a member of the legal honors society Phi Delta Phi. While in law school, Orlando received numerous accolades and served as a staff writer for the St. Mary's Law Journal. In his second year, he won the Renna and Jeff Embry Mock Trial Tournament. In addition, he competed as an advocate for the St. Mary's external mock trial team, winning the William Danial National Mock Trial Tournament in his third year. At the William Daniel tournament, Orlando was selected best advocate for every round of competition. Orlando's practice focuses on personal injury claims in addition to commercial, pharmaceutical, medical device, and catastrophic injury litigation.
