Today, Mr. Puravankara is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business with his primary focus anchored on opportunity identification. Mr. Nani R. Choksey possess over four decades of rich experience in the real estate development, construction and finance sectors, thriving on his strong business instincts. Mr. Choksey has played an instrumental role in the growth of the Group since its inception in 1975. In the early days, Mr. Choksey was a oneman team, overseeing most departments, from legal to CRM. Even today, Mr. Choksey is actively involved in all of the Company's projects, bringing his rich industry experience, attention to detail and an appetite for growth to the business.

Mr. Suresh Puravankara has amassed over three decades of business experience in Real estate. His keen understanding of market dynamics and strategic approach to business initiatives, has consistently allowed him to identify key growth opportunities and maximize operational excellence at Handiman Services Ltd. Prior to joining Handiman, Mr. Puravankara accrued a wide range of experience in the Real Estate Industry, overseeing all aspects of property development, property management & project management. Mr. Puravankara also has a proven track record of managing extensive assets throughout the U.A.E including residential, commercial and retail projects.
