Jenny Davis is the administration manager for P&S Davis Building Contractors. With over 20 years experience in building industry administration (running the office both in Australia and the UK), Jenny brings a calm, friendly efficiency to the hub of the business.

Peter started his professional life as a Chartered Surveyor and worked for major companies including MEPC and Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang Lasselle) as the clients project manager for major commercial, retail, residential and industrial developments in London and Sydney. In this role Peter acted as ‘Client Representative' and managed the whole concept, design and construction phases of the project for the client to ensure that the project was a success. Peter subsequently became a partner in the family building business in the UK for 10 years. and then, after returning to Australia, formed P&S Davis Building Contractors Pty Ltd with his son Stewart. Peter is a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and holds the Nominee Supervisors licence for P&S Davis Building Contractors Pty Ltd.

Stewart has over 25 years of building experience as a qualified bricklayer and carpenter, perfecting his skills on complicated & unique projects both in Australia and the UK. Stewart also holds a Queensland Building licence, and is responsible for supervising and coordinating the construction process on all our projects and is the main contact with owners throughout the build. Stewart builds strong relationships with owners and creates a friendly and helpful atmosphere on site.
