David Olson is an M&A Advisor and certified CoreValue® Growth Consultant with over 20 years of management consulting experience specializing in CEO Business Coaching focused on top-line growth delivering services related to Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Culture and Leadership. Prior to joining BMI Mergers & Acquisitions, David was the President of Walton Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm he founded in 2001, a co-founder of an HR SaaS startup, and a Principal & Senior Advisor with N2Growth. He has worked with 80 organizations in 50 industries providing expertise as a C-Level business advisor. Much of David's practice has involved growth and exit consulting and value creation as well as executive search, and leadership development. This experience is invaluable for David's clients as they prepare for sale and address pre and post transition management issues. David is also a Managing Partner and Publisher at Network Magazine, a high-end leader driven B2B magazine.
Joel Gilley is experienced in helping organizations retain, reward and retire their best people. With more than 25 years working with family-owned, closely-held and public companies, Joel has a wealth of hands-on experience in crafting targeted, effective strategies to help companies maximize the value of non-qualified plans for corporate sponsors and their key employees. Areas of expertise include the design and utilization of non-qualified benefit programs to maximize key employee engagement, reinforce and reward the achievement of corporate strategic goals and personal performance, as well as the use of these programs to facilitate executive and owner succession planning, where applicable. Joel has been published in National Underwriter and Perspectives in Business and Economics. He has been a featured speaker in both national
and regional venues. In addition to his position at Peerless Business Advisors, Joel is the Founder and President of Promus Financial, a firm that helps companies design, finance and administer non-qualified benefit plans.
