SHELDON - Key Persons
Leticia Moreno, is Of Counsel to our office and has practiced immigration law for over twenty seven years. She is a graduate of Whittier Law School. Leticia regularly represents clients in removal and deportation proceedings in the immigration courts including those who are currently incarcerated.
Leticia has lectured on immigration law for the ILRC, a charitable non- profit organization and has been a speaker on immigration law for attorneys on behalf of various legal and charitable organizations. She is an experienced civil litigator as well.
Philip R. Sheldon, Esq. is an experienced attorney admitted to practice before all of the Courts of California including the Supreme Court of California; the Central District of the United States Federal Courts; the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Military Appeals.
Mr. Sheldon also practices family law and handles plaintiff's personal injury and accident cases. Mr. Sheldon has obtained millions of dollars of compensation for his clients.
