David is a graduate of the University of Sydney Law School and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree.
For a period of 3 years following graduation, David was employed as a Legal Officer with the Commonwealth Crown Solicitor's Office Sydney dealing principally with litigation, company winding up and bankruptcy.
He was admitted as a Solicitor and Attorney of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1977 and as a Solicitor and Attorney of the High Court of Australia in 1978.
He has been practicing in North Sydney for 29 years firstly as an employed solicitor and then as the principal of his own law firm from 1980 to 1992. During this period David developed a broad base of experience in a number of areas which included conveyancing, family law, litigation, business law, wills, estates and probate.
In 1992 David merged his practice with the pre-eminent North Sydney law firm of Cowley Hearne Lawyers and was a senior partner of that firm for 14 years before joining RBHM Commercial Lawyers in July 2006.
In recent years the focus of David's work has been mainly in the following areas:
the purchase and sale of residential, commercial and rural properties either by tender, private treaty or auction;

Greg has practised as a solicitor for 35 years principally in the areas of corporate and commercial law, property law and commercial disputes.
As well as working as a Consultant with RBHM, Greg works as an in-house lawyer for 3 different groups of companies including 2 listed companies. Previously Greg was a partner at a medium sized city firm and then a consultant at one of the big 4 international accounting firms.
Since graduating from Sydney University with arts and law degrees Greg has advised companies on all aspects of their businesses including acting on share and business sales and acquisitions, contract drafting, compliance, employment issues and commercial disputes.
Greg has also acted in property transactions including sale, purchase, financing and leasing of industrial, commercial and residential property as well as advising on property law issues and disputes.
Finally Greg is experienced in will and estate matters.
Michael is a business and transactional lawyer. His focus is on developing innovative solutions to business and commercial issues by adopting a "how can it be achieved" approach.
He has extensive experience in off market corporate acquisitions, financial and corporate restructures and "deal" based transactions. He works as principal external legal counsel to a number of listed and unlisted local and foreign corporations. He has a detailed knowledge and experience in a broad range of industries including, motor trades, recruitment, franchising, and financial services.
Michael is admitted to practice as a solicitor and barrister in NSW and Federal Courts. Michael has organised a number of international legal conferences and charity golf days, is President of Berghutte Ski Club- Thredbo and is an active member of Loreto Kirribilli Rowing Club.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Michael is an active skier, surfer and golfer, with a keen interest in the Italian language.
