Phillip G. Loscoe, Ph.D, has more than 45 years of experience in nuclear-related design and analysis, engineering support and conduct of operations, acquired from 29 years at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (KAPL), more than six years with DOE's Richland Operations Office (DOE-RL) and over ten years as an independent consultant. While at KAPL he spent 23 years in a number of senior management positions involving design, testing, maintenance, operation and technical support of naval nuclear propulsion plants. At DOE-RL, he served as Director of the Office of Spent Nuclear Fuels, responsible for successfully transitioning Hanford's large spent nuclear fuel inventory to safe interim storage.
