Responsible for establishing and/or maintaining relations with property management professionals in the Washington DC/Baltimore regions and insurance agents in northern Virginia. B.S. Finance - Virginia Tech, 1981, Virginia P&C License - 1988, ARM (Associate in Risk Management) Designation - Insurance Institute of America, 1992.
Mr. Auza began his career with Purofirst in 2003 and has over 15 years of mitigation and remediation experience. Mr. Auza is responsible for Purofirst's Mold Remediation Division. Prior to joining Purofirst, Mr. Auza served in sales/financial roles in his home country of Bolivia. Mr. Auza is IICRC certified in the restoration industry.

Michael has been with Purofirst since 2000 and is in charge of the daily operations of Purofirst, and
also manages the Repair/Reconstruction Division. He has 35+ years of construction experience and
has been in the specialized insurance restoration field since 1990. Prior to joining Purofirst, Michael
served in management roles for Nordic Services for 10 years in Seattle, Washington. Michael is one of two certified Thermographers on staff in Building Sciences.

Ms. Joyce heads up Purofirst's Emergency Response Division and joined Purofirst in 2001. Ms. Joyce oversees the daily operations of Water Damage Mitigation, Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and Trauma Clean-up. Prior to joining Purofirst, Ms. Joyce held a managerial role for Tricon Inc. in England where she is from. Ms. Joyce is IICRC certified in the Disaster Restoration Industry.

Robert started the Purofirst business in 1994 and is responsible for the overall direction and mission of the company. Robert has over 30 years of real estate development/construction experience ranging from the conversion of apartments houses into condominiums to the redevelopment and sale of innercity properties to the building and selling of speculative homes throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Robert graduated from George Washington University with a BS in Business.
