QELA is a not for profit, member association that consults with and educates interested professionals and government representatives on planning, development, and environmental laws that apply, or are proposed to apply, in Queensland... QELA is a multidisciplinary non-profit organisation, providing education on environment and planning law and the natural and built environments. We represent lawyers, barristers, town planners, environmental scientists, managers and engineers, academics, property valuers and developers. Our representatives serve on many stakeholder committees reviewing planning legislation and government policy...
