Brent D. Rosenthal is Lead Director of the Board. Previously Mr. Rosenthal served as Chairman of the Board between April 2018 and July 2022, and as a Director since January 2016. Mr. Rosenthal is the Founder of Mountain Hawk Capital Partners, LLC, an investment fund focused on small and micro-cap equities in the technology media telecom (TMT) and food industries. Mr. Rosenthal also serves as Lead Independent Director of RiceBran Technologies (NASDAQ:RIBT). Previously, Mr. Rosenthal was a partner in affiliates of W.R. Huff Asset Management, where he worked from 2002 through 2016. Mr. Rosenthal played a key role in the firm's TMT and food investment activities. Mr. Rosenthal also served on the board of directors of Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT) from 2008 through 2016, including as non-executive chairman of the board from 2011 through 2016. From 2006 through 2012, he served as an adviser to and observer of the board of directors of Virgin Media (NASDAQ: VMED) and as a consultant to the company, providing turnaround and crisis-management services, as well as operational and financial analysis and recommendations. From 2007 through 2010, he served as an adviser to the executive management of Time Warner Cable (NASDAQ: TWC). In 2016, Mr. Rosenthal was named a Multichannel News "Money All-Star," a top 10 media executive in private equity, investment banking and advisory. In 2009, he was included in Multichannel News' annual "40 Under 40" list for influencing the future of cable and telecommunications. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rosenthal was director of mergers and acquisitions for RSL Communications Ltd. and served emerging media companies for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Rosenthal is an inactive Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Rosenthal earned his B.S. from Lehigh University and MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Brian Pugh - CIO

Brian Pugh is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in media measurement, analytics, innovation, and technology transformation. Mr. Pugh's role as Chief Information Officer for Comscore includes oversight of Comscore's cybersecurity program, IT infrastructure strategy, data governance, and industry audits including the Media Rating Council accreditations of Comscore products. Prior to his appointment as CIO, Mr. Pugh was the Executive Vice President of Product Technology, where he guided Comscore's initiatives for technology strategy, cost optimization and data governance. He has also led Comscore's Analytics department building new media measurement data solutions in audience measurement, campaign validation, and Activation products. He spearheaded the development of methods to combine traditional panel measurement with digital census data that resulted in Comscore's next-generation media measurement capabilities. Mr. Pugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from George Mason University, and lives in Virginia with his wife, three children and two rescue dogs. When he is not transforming Comscore's systems for the future, he can be found outside biking, hiking, or playing tennis.

Brian Wendling

Mr. Wendling is chief accounting officer & principal financial officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc. and Liberty Broadband Corporation. He is also senior vice president and chief financial officer of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wendling has held various positions with these companies and their predecessors since 1999. Prior to joining these companies, he worked in the assurance practice of the accounting firm KPMG. Mr. Wendling has previously served on the boards of Fun Technologies Inc. and CommerceHub, Inc. He also serves on the board of Clothes to Kids of Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Carol Hinnant

Carol Hinnant is a seasoned media industry professional with 30 years of expertise. Ms. Hinnant draws upon a wealth of knowledge in the fields of strategic business development, sales and planning within the media and entertainment sectors in her role at Comscore. Ms. Hinnant previously served as the company's Executive Vice President, National Television Sales, managing the sales and account management team and working face-to-face with Comscore's network clients developing new, innovative approaches to industry challenges using Comscore's granular television and digital measurement insights and driving cross-platform solutions. Ms. Hinnant also served as Senior Vice President, National Television Sales at Rentrak since 2006 and spent 16 years growing multi-platform distribution channels for cable network giants and emerging niche networks. She entered the media industry via HBO's legal department and credits the vast experiences she gained through her industry employment as the basis for her success at Comscore.  Ms. Hinnant was named a Woman to Watch in the cable industry by Multichannel News and Women In Cable Television (WICT) and was named a Rainmaker by CTAM in 2008.   When Ms. Hinnant is not on the road reaching out to network clients and prospects, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, cooking and traveling.  

David Algranati

David Algranati, Ph.D., is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of product innovation, market research and analytics. In his role as Chief Innovation Officer, Dr. Algranati leads an organization driven to helping clients meet their business goals by creating industry-leading media measurements solutions. "Comscore has a unique ability to process and understand large amounts of data," he says. "My team strives to use this wealth of information to design products and services that meet the needs of the industry." Before joining the Comscore team, he served as SVP, Television Product Innovation & Custom Research at Rentrak and held executive research positions at Experian Simmons including Director of Integrated Marketing Solutions. While at Simmons, he also led the statistics and research teams, overseeing all statistical responsibilities for the company including custom research projects. Dr. Algranati holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University, a Master of Science in Statistics, a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy and a Ph.D. in Statistics and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. When he is not working on the next generation of media measurement solutions, he is a devoted boxing fan, attending more than 2,000 boxing matches in the past 20 years.

David Kline

Mr. Kline is a pioneering leader in the traditional and advanced TV advertising space, and he spearheaded many firsts for the cable industry including the launches of linear household addressability, successful interactive applications and data-infused media campaigns. He is executive vice president at Charter Communications, and president of Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter. Mr. Kline joined Charter in 2015 and provides strategic leadership to guide the company in both the traditional and advanced TV advertising space. Mr. Kline joined Charter from Visible World (now FreeWheel), where he served as president and COO directing their household addressable sales and programmatic advertising efforts. Earlier in his career, he served as president and COO of Cablevision Media Sales (now Altice Media Solutions) for more than 17 years. Mr. Kline serves on the board of directors for the Video Advertising Bureau, NCC Media and Canoe. He received a B.A. in a personalized study program focusing on marketing, finance, accounting and management from Ohio State University.

Dr. Nana Banerjee has served as Chairman of the Board since July 2022 and as a director since March 2021. He brings extensive experience in leading, innovating and scaling analytics, information services and technology businesses globally. Nana is President and CEO of Pelmorex Corp. and serves on the Pelmorex Board of Directors. He previously served as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Cerberus Capital Management and served on the board of a number of its portfolio companies. Prior to Cerberus, Nana served as the president and CEO of McGraw-Hill and as a member of its Board of Directors. Previously, he was group president and a named executive officer of Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK), with responsibility for its high-growth businesses, as well as oversight responsibility for Verisk's joint data and development environment and its centralized AI and advanced analytics organizations. He joined Verisk as part of its acquisition of Argus, where he served as CEO, co-president and chief operating officer over preceding roles. In other prior roles, Nana served as head of Citibank's credit card business in the United Kingdom and as vice president of marketing and analytics at GE Capital. Nana has a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the State University of New York, a M.S. degree in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.S. degree with honors in mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi. Greg Dale - COO

Greg Dale is an accomplished executive with a wide breadth of functional expertise, and a proven track record of driving innovation and growth at data and analytics businesses. Greg was part of the Comscore team from 1999 to 2016, and rejoined Comscore through the 2021 acquisition of the social media measurement company, Shareablee, where he also served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Shareablee, Greg served as COO for Persado (an AI Based Marketing Content Platform), he focused on enabling scale by driving a product migration from manual operations requiring a full-service model to a client facing portal. He also developed a learning culture at Persado to foster internal product knowledge as well as understanding the ecosystem it operates in which is key to AI based product adoption. Greg was a founding member of Comscore where he played a critical role in the creation of their core syndicated products and led them through their high growth period as they scaled from startup through their IPO. Throughout his career at Comscore, spanning 3 to 1,000+ employees, Greg created a culture of innovation producing industry-first products and services in multiple areas such as search, video, advertising, and mobile measurement. Greg began his history of working with data and analytic firms at Information Resources, Inc., one of the early pioneers in using big data to drive CPG research and analytics. He is a graduate of Purdue University.

Itzhak Fisher

Mr. Fisher is the chairman and founder of Pereg Ventures, a venture capital fund that invests in B2B information services businesses across the U.S. and Israel. Previously, he served in senior product and business development roles at Nielsen, and as president and CEO of RSL Communications, he built a telecommunications company that operated in over 20 countries and generated more than $1.5 billion in revenues. Mr. Fisher received a B.S. in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and completed advanced studies in computer science at New York University. Jon Carpenter is a media & technology industry veteran with strong operational focus, strategic acumen, and experience driving both growth and profitability. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Carpenter served as Comscore's chief financial officer since 2021. Before joining the company, he served as CFO at Publishers Clearing House since 2016, where he has partnered to transform and grow the digital business both organically and through M&A.
