Quaker Special Risk was founded in 1960 by Frank S. Walsh in a small, two-desk office in Newark, New Jersey. In 1981, Karin I. Branscombe opened our Worcester, Massachusetts office... We continue to utilize Quaker as our primary surplus lines market - you guys have been outstanding and have been responsive to any concerns we have encountered.
