Publication Designs by Chris was started in Woodlands, TX in 2000 (and is now located in Northern CO). The premise was initially to create a newsletter for one specific company. The process learned and the information garnered from that endeavor taught Chris that there was a need for a layout designer / artist to help small businesses weave their way through the often intimidating world of print media...
