PTS has been servicing clients since 1995, including many major pharmaceutical and biotech companies as well as many start-up ventures in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and India. These efforts have included training, auditing, program development and remediation and have been largely accomplished by the Principal, Joe Busfield, with expert assistance as required by the project or within a larger consortium of Subject Matter Experts. Joe has been involved in remediation efforts for at least fourteen sites under a Consent Decree and numerous sites with Warning Letters and other regulatory distress. He has also helped clients with new operations and start-up companies who want to avoid future regulatory distress related to Engineering Operation.
