The 1960's brought building expansion, machine assembly, larger lathes, horizontal mills, and grinders. We were early adopters of NC milling machines in 1966. As technologies advanced, we began to understand the mutual benefits of company sponsored training. Of special note; several long term multi-generational employee associations began in this era that endures to this day. Through good and lean times our turnover is low.
