Stemming from a background in transformation technology at Equifax, Alex Downes is an emerging broker who joined QPF in 2022 as the company's inaugural trainee. Believing efficiency and communication is key, Alex strives to work closely with his clients, finding the most appropriate deal possible to help them reach their goals sooner.
Alex has a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Management; graduating with distinction. Alex also received a Deans List award and was offered a Corporate Partners in Excellence Scholarship.

Andrew brings more than 40 years of banking & finance experience to his role as QPF's Property & Commercial Finance General Manager. He kicked off his career at ANZ in 1980 and after 10 years in plant and equipment finance, Andrew moved to Citibank in 1990 to write commercial and residential mortgages.
During his 23 years at Citibank, Andrew spent the last five leading the mortgage business as QLD State Manager. He has won numerous highly regarded awards throughout his career and has recently been ranked 19 th out of the top 30 Commercial Brokers 2023 by MPA. Andrew was a key factor in the launch and success of QPF's Property Finance Division.

Joining QPF as a Finance Broker in 2012, Lewis was brought on board as QPF's yellow goods finance specialist, and has grown within this industry since.
Lewis became a Partner at QPF in 2016, and applies his extensive experience to the mining, transport and civil construction sectors - assessing scenarios, sourcing the most suitable equipment finance facilities and securing funds.
Over the years Lewis has built strong business relationships with a large and diverse client base consisting of both end users and dealers, of which he's committed to assisting their businesses to evolve.

Lewis got his start in finance at a young age, learning the ropes from his parents who have been successful Finance Brokers for 20+ years. This lead him to a Bachelor of Business in Finance & Marketing at QUT.
During his degree, Richo as he is known around the office, assisted QPF's Operations and Broker Support teams. This experience further equipped Lewis with knowledge of finance products and lenders, allowing him to smoothly transition to a Broker role in November 2017.

Resisting the urge to jump straight into the family business after completing his International Business degree, Mark kicked off his career in roles at NAB and Mercedes-Benz Finance where he had the opportunity to work in Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland.
Opportunities to travel to Germany, Singapore and Dubai were highlights of Mark's early career.
