As CTO, Andrew oversees the technical development of Purosil globally, and has also managed Purosil's subsidiary in India since 2020.

Tom Garrett is a PhD chemist and a graduate of Harvard Business School. He is a 3rd generation member of the Garrett family who own the Mission Rubber Inc. group of companies, including Purosil and its subsidiaries. Tom has served as CEO of Purosil since 2008 and founded the Indian and European Purosil locations. Our CEO, Dr. Thomas Garrett, PhD chose to take charge of Purosil because of his lifelong study of Polymers and their applications. With a doctorate in Chemistry from Stanford, he has served as CEO since 2005.
