Bill Tomlinson is a vice-president and senior training specialist for Professional Training Associates (PTA), Inc. Bill has focused on environmental safety & health sciences since 1987 when he began his career conducting environmental control oversight of construction in healthcare. Since then, Bill has lent his skills to a spectrum of customers in healthcare, industry, and government. That professional expertise and the ability to communicate to a diverse audience is what animates Bill's presentations.
In 2013, in coordination with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), PTA, with Bills assistance, developed its ICRA 8 hr. and 24-hour curriculums. ICRA is a training topic that Bill concentrates his efforts.
One of the first in the country to earn the Certified Hazardous Materials Practitioner (CHMP) credential through the Institute for Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM), Bill has served on the credentials Scheme Committee for the past 12 years helping promote the future of the CHMP credential through the development of professional, fair, and appropriate candidate selection and assessment criteria.

Greg is currently president and senior instructor for Professional Training Associates, Inc. (PTA) . He conducts a wide variety of courses on topics such as Hazwoper, DOT Hazmat, Asbestos, Lead- Based Paint, RCRA, and Confined Space Entry and many others. Greg is also an authorized OSHA construction outreach instructor and recognized in the states of Pennsylvania and West Virginia by consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies as an expert in the field.
