David Hayton

Professor Hayton sat as a Recorder (a part-time judge) 1984 till 2000 and sat as Acting Justice of The Bahamas' Supreme Court in 2000 and 2001. He has been Deputy Chair of the Trust Law Committee of England & Wales since it was set up in 1994, (chairing Working Parties contributing to the Trustee Act 2000 and three topics being referred to the Law Commission). Professor Hayton headed the UK Delegation to The Hague Conference on Private International Law for the Convention on The Law Applicable to Trusts and on their Recognition (1984) and for the Convention on Succession to the Estates of Deceased Persons (1988), and was at the heart of the preparation of the eight Principles of European Trust Law. For the Edwards' (Home Office) Review of Financial Regulation in the Crown Dependencies (1998 Cm 4109-1) he was the trust law consultant, while in 2000 he was engaged as technical advisor to the International Monetary Fund advising on Offshore Financial Centres' Trust Law and Trustee Regulation. He has written a Consultation Paper on Financial Services and Trust Law, 1990, (commissioned by SIB and IMRO),a Report for The Association of Corporate Trustees on Trusts and their Commercial Counterparts in Continental Europe,2002.

Mr. Lin Yang

Lin Yang is the head of the trade team of RayYin & Partners in Beijing. He has been focusing on anti-dumping practice and research since 1998. Mr. Yang has extensive experience advising Chinese clients regarding anti-dumping investigations initiated by the investigation authorities of other WTO members, including the US, the EU, Korea, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Canada, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand and Israel. His clients include leading manufacturers and exporters in numerous export-oriented industries in China. Mr. Yang advised the Ministry of Commerce of China regarding the first 'China Safeguard' case initiated by Turkey. Furthermore, multinationals such as Bayer, MeadWestvaco, INVISTA, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, and Ford Motor Company have relied on his expertise when responding to the anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations initiated by the Ministry of Commerce of China. Mr. Yang provides services in connection with responding to questionnaires, on-the-spot verification , non-injury defense, and price undertaking negotiations. He has been recommended for his outstanding trade remedy practice in China by Who's Who Legal, every year since 2004, and by Legal 500 and Chambers in 2004 and 2005. In addition to maintaining an active practice, Mr. Yang contributes significant time to the research regarding PRC anti-dumping laws and practices, and he writes articles regularly for many industry publications in China. Ms. Hao Wang

Ms. Hao Wang is ranked by Chambers as the best lawyers (tier 1) in private clients and wealth management in Mainland China since 2013. As counsels to high net worth individuals, family offices, trustees and private banks, she advices on estate, succession and tax planning, family law, immigration, and wills and trusts for family business. She also advises trustees, family offices and private banks on compliances issues, taxes and dispute resolution with beneficiaries. Advised an EU delegation in China regarding its in-depth research on the Regulations on Foreign Funded Banks issued by China Banking Regulatory Committee and their implementation, including researching the impact of these regulations on EU banks; 4. V., a leading international exhibition company, in connection with its RMB 216 million acquisition of a majority (50%) equity stake in China Pharmaceutical Exhibition Corporation, which is one of the subsidiaries of China National Pharmaceutical Corporation ("Sinopharm"), the largest pharmaceutical company in the P.R.C..
