Brad Quine - President

Brad Quine is currently responsible for the daily operations of the company, overseeing its Leasing, Management, Accounting and Tenant Representation assignments. Brad is active in reviewing all collections and litigation for the firm and our clients. He also oversees development of new business and works with a number of retailers and owners representing them in their real estate needs across Texas and Oklahoma. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business Brad was in the retail business. In 1983 he was hired by K. Wolens, a Texas based Junior Department store, as a buyer of men ™s clothing for a sixty (60) store chain. During his time with K. Wolens Brad interacted and directed store management personnel, made buying trips and was responsible for the basic levels of inventory in the retail stores. The chain had stores throughout Texas in mostly county seat markets giving him a unique understanding of retail. Since 1985, Brad has been an active participant in the retail property market, performing Tenant Representation, Shopping Center Leasing, and Property Management Services. Over the years he has brokered deals for such tenants as Family Dollar, Rent-A-Center, and Dominos Pizza. He was instrumental in the first twenty eight (28) Wingstop locations working on sites from the DFW area to Atlanta, Georgia. In 2001, when Brad took over the presidency of Quine & Associates, Inc., the company managed 47 properties in three states and consisted of about 2 million square feet of retail and industrial properties. Quine and Associates, Inc., now oversees 132 properties containing 6,900,000 square feet of retail space in two states and has been repeatedly recognized in the Retail Traffic magazine as one of the Top 100 management Companies in the United States. In recognition of his consistently outstanding performance, Brad was the recipient of Quine & Associates, Inc. ™s top sales achievement award, The John L. Kimberly, Jr. Award, in 1998, before accepting a management position with the company. Additionally, Brad was recognized in 1998, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2012, 2013 and 2014, as one of Quine & Associates top producers. He has been a licensed Real Estate Salesman in Texas since 1988. Christina joined Quine & Associates, Inc. in 2018. Her current role is assisting Vice President Randy Scott managing over 5 retail centers totaling 529,575 square feet in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Prior to joining Quine, Christina gained extensive knowledge working in the Mortgage industry for over 15 years, with focus in loan officer origination duties along with servicing the client which got her interested in the Real Estate Market. She has experience working in a multi-cultural environment and fluent in Spanish and English. She currently holds her RMLO (Residential Mortgage Loan Originators) license in 24 states. Coy Quine is CEO and Founder of Quine & Associates, Inc. Prior to getting into the real estate business, Mr. Quine had eight years of experience in the daily management operations of retail stores. After leaving the retail operations side of the business, he was National Director of Real Estate for a retail company with stores in thirty-nine states. In 1978, Mr. Quine formed Quine & Associates, Inc. to provide leasing, management, tenant representation, property investment and refinancing services exclusively to the retail property segment of the commercial real estate market. From 1978 to 2001, Mr. Quine ran the daily operations the company, which has grown to manage and lease 80 retail properties comprising over five million square feet. Today, he is actively involved in shopping center and land acquisitions and dispositions for clients of the company, as well as the planning, design and construction of retail projects. Mr. Quine was recognized in, 2001, 2002 and 2003, as one of Quine & Associates, Inc.'s top producers. Since joining Quine & Associates in 2002, he has routinely been recognized as a top producer in number of transactions, total square foot leased and, economic value. David's experience has prepared him to handle all retail commercial real estate situations and able to satisfy any tenant's or landlord's needs. He is a father of three and enjoys spending time with his children, playing golf and being in the company of his family and friends.

Diane Froehlich - CMO

Diane Froehlich started working for Quine & Associates, Inc. in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant. Some of her daily duties included investor relations; amassing vacancy and inventory reports; typing legal correspondence; and compiling lease synopsis. Her duties encompassed out-sourcing and overseeing the companies advertising which included marketing brochures and packages. With Diane ™s background in bookkeeping and office management she was always looking for cost-effective and efficient ways to expedite a job. With the constant revising and updating of information on the marketing brochures, she decided to start production on an in-house basis. With Diane's talent, knowledge and her willingness to take on more projects, the marketing department has seen substantial growth. Gary currently serves as a Senior Vice President, and has operational responsibility for retail properties managed and leased by the Company and is active in the development of new business. Gary has been involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate market since 1992. His primary focus is on the retail sector through Investment Sales, Asset Management, Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Property Management. Gary has participated in Investment Sales transactions of over 2,200,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $275 million since 2004. He was recognized in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2013 as one of Quine & Associates, Inc. top producers. Gary graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance. Roger Whan

Roger is a valuable new addition to Quine and Associates, Inc. Prior to joining the team at Quine, Roger spent 28 years in commercial construction. For 23 of those years, he was the successful owner/operator of Greenside Construction: a commercial construction company focused primarily on shopping center construction including interior finish out, exterior remodel and ground up construction. During this time, he acquired the experience and knowledge necessary to excel in his current position, overseeing the property management and construction process at Quine. His extensive hands-on experience provides a unique viewpoint into the property management and makes him an ideal liaison between property managers and upper management. Roger will be putting his years of expertise to work identifying potential property issues and ensuring that any tenant problems that do arise are quickly and efficiently resolved.

Sandra (Sandy) Chapman - SVP

Stacie Patterson

Stacie Patterson is the Director of Lease Administration and is in charge of the Accounting Department. She came into her current position in January of 2014. Stacie joined Quine & Associates, Inc., in 1996 as an Accounts Payable Administrator. She brought with her experience in Accounts Receivable, which helped her to expand into both departments. As Director of Lease Administration, Stacie is responsible in overseeing all of the Accounting Department. Other responsibilities include Reconciliation of Year End Expenses, sending 1099 forms to our Vendors and the IRS, and is a Texas Notary Public.

Tiffany Harriman

Tiffany joined Quine & Associates full-time at the start of 2018. She is the Executive Assistant of Operations to Shelly Quine Harriman, our Senior Vice President of Operations. Her duties include assisting in HR obligations and responsibilities of the firm, Lease Administration, and interacting with the firm ™s client base on reporting and record keeping. She is currently in pursuit of her Real Estate License to practice in Texas. Prior to joining the company full time, she worked for Quine as a floating assistant to all departments throughout high school and her college summers since 2008. In 2015 Tiffany worked as an escrow assistant for a title company in DFW where she learned a significant set of skills in client relations, customer satisfaction, and sparking her interest in the Real Estate Business. After two and a half years in the title industry she decided to join her family in the company. Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Psychology degree in 2015 from the University of Texas in Arlington with an emphasis in Sociology.
