Adam Mulliken

Adam has been a senior leader at Quantifind since 2016 and led the launch of its first SaaS products for financial crimes. Today he drives the company's roadmap of AI-enabled applications, collaborating closely with financial institutions and Quantifind's own scientists and engineers. Prior to joining Quantifind, Adam spent 10 years as a consultant with specialization in sensors, algorithms, and software.

Annalisa Camarillo

Camarillo brings over two decades of strategic and creative marketing experience with leadership roles in automation, data applications, and consulting services for successful startups and global enterprise companies. Most recently, Camarillo served as Chief Marketing Officer of Avo Automation, where she led the launch of the company brand and its marketing function. She was instrumental in helping them sign several Fortune 100 companies and set the record for customer reviews on well-established sites. Her previous roles include executive positions in software companies, including Sun Microsystems, NetApp, and Automation Anywhere. As EVP of marketing, Camarillo will oversee branding, global communications, digital marketing, events and demand generation functions. Among her priorities will be to make Quantifind a respected, beloved, and trusted brand to all stakeholders.

Ari Tuchman - CEO, Founder

Ari co-founded Quantifind in 2009, after an academic career in atomic physics, with the vision to help businesses and governments make data driven decisions. Ari's work on precision measurement and signal processing has distinguished his career, beginning with an effort in hazardous material detection and now focusing on driving automation and efficiency in combating financial crimes.

Ashin Mukherjee

Ashin leads Quantifind's talented Data Science teams responsible for building machine learning solutions that are the backbone of our product. He oversees the data science roadmap with an emphasis on ML models in the natural language processing space to advance Quantifind's entity linking, disambiguation, and risk inference models.

Dr. Brent Crider

Dr. Brent Crider is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategist with a distinguished 23-year career in the United States Air Force (USAF), where he served as a senior intelligence officer, earning the Bronze Star and numerous accolades. Transitioning to the financial services sector, he held leadership roles at Citi Bank and other organizations, specializing in BSA/OFAC compliance and regulatory solutions for banks, money services businesses, and the crypto space. As the founder of BC Compliance Associates, Dr. Crider helped companies enhance compliance programs and drive growth.

Emily Brown

Graham Bailey - COO

He served most recently as Executive VP at Wells Fargo, managing risk operations across all global markets for retail, corporate, correspondent and private banking, brokerage, insurance and trading.

Jim Richards

Jim Richards served as Wells Fargo's BSA Officer and Global Head of Financial Crimes Risk Management for 13 years, until recently launching his own RegTech advisory consulting group. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Richards was the Director of Global AML Operations at Bank of America. He is the author of "Transnational Criminal Organizations, Cybercrime, and Money Laundering" (CRC Press 1998)

John Stockton - Founder

Most recently he has extended Quantifind's technology into defense and law enforcement applications that map malign activity from open source data. John's prior academic work included theoretical and experimental research in precision metrology, quantum entanglement, and atomic physics.

Joseph A. Grundfest

Joseph A. Grundfest is a Professor of Law and Business at Stanford Law School. He's an expert on capital markets, corporate governance, and securities litigation. His scholarship has been published in the Harvard, Yale, and Stanford law reviews. Joe is also a senior faculty member with the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance, a co-founder and director of Financial Engines, and a director of Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co.

Karen Kerem

Lance Rutter

Lance is responsible for making sure every touchpoint of our brand is thoughtfully crafted. He helps make sure that the interdisciplinary work necessary to create complex software ultimately delivers an experience that delights users. Prior to Quantifind, Lance was owner and creative director of a Chicago design studio for 19 years.

Michael Shepard

Michael Shepard is a global operating and internationally recognized financial crime risk management executive with 37 years of experience. He was a principal at Deloitte for 18 years and was global Financial Crime leader for the past six years. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was the BSA Officer and head of Financial Crime Compliance and Deputy General Counsel at Commerce Bank, N.A. (subsequently acquired by TD Bank, N.A.), partner in the White Collar Criminal Defense practice at Blank Rome LLP, and a federal prosecutor at the US Department of Justice.

Nicole Baxby

Nicole leads the efforts to help customers successfully adopt and leverage Quantifind's innovative products. With over 15 years of experience in building, developing, and leading customer-focused teams, Nicole is dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Her career includes leadership roles in customer success and market expansion. She has previously led the Customer Success departments at Featurespace and IRONSCALES, where she developed strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. At TSYS, a Fortune 500 company, Nicole managed large retail banking relationships and later led the customer consulting team. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Law and a financial compliance certificate from USC Gould School of Law. She is also committed to industry advancement and community service, currently serving on the President's Advisory Board for Paytech Women.

Paul Emery

Puja Agrawal

Previously, Puja was GVP/GM of the Financial Markets Compliance business at NICE Actimize, where she led the vision, strategy, and P&L, and was responsible for global operations across all functions of the business.

Ryan LeCompte

Ryan leads Quantifind's Platform Team responsible for building core backend infrastructure that powers our machine learning platform and products. He oversees the platform team roadmap with an emphasis on supporting high-performance computation over large high dimensional unstructured data sets, as well as providing core backend services and data pipelines that power our products and modeling. Ryan brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling backend infrastructure to support demanding product usage.

Steve Krausz
