Chad knew he wanted to be in real estate as a child. At 16, he became a real estate assistant to one of the top brokers in the area, then moved on to serve as a broker of John L Scott Tacoma North for 5 years. He is currently the branch manager of (REIS) Seattle. Chad has been featured in the prominent 40 Under 40 directory and also is a member of the National Who's Who directory. His accomplishments entail serving on the Operation Hands On board and the Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM)board, a designation of which less than 100 Brokers in the Puget Sound Area have achieved. Chad also heads The Chad Anderson Group, a group of leading commercial and residential brokers in the area.
As CEO, Chad Anderson Group (CAG) is a closed group friends and family always on the lookout for off-market, multi-tenant, income producing properties to purchase. Additionally CAG is a collection of real estate service providers handling all different real estate needs.

Debbi Anderson is an Investor and Entrepreneur who became a Real Estate Broker when she purchased her first real estate company in 1983. She is currently the Broker/Owner of Real Estate Investment Services with 5 offices located in Tacoma, DuPont. Providing Property Management. Condominium & Homeowner Association Management. Commercial Sales & Leasing. Debbi does Commercial Sales & Marketing helping her clients invest thru 1031 Exchanges, IRA Investing, Tenant in Common & formation of Real Estate LLC's. Debbi is the former Owner & Broker of John L. Scott Tacoma North Real Estate. She is an Accredited Real Estate Instructor & the Recipient of the Board of Realtors Lifetime Achievement Award. She is also listed in the National Who's Who & is the lead singer of the Rhythm & Blues, Rock Band - Blind Blond Driving. She is 25 years old. (Just kidding!)
