In May 1952, RAKUTO KASEI INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. was founded in Rakuto region of Kyoto city. Now the company is transferred to Otsu city, south of Lake Biwa (in Shiga prefecture), surrounded by magnificent sceneries with nearby Seta River, Karahashi Bridge, and Ishiyama Temple which is famous for Murasaki Shikibu... Our sales motto is to provide "technical services to every detail". This is to pursue not only sales of our products but also consultations with our customers on proper ways of using our products, effects of our products, and solutions to possible new phenomena. Through the consultations, we devote ourselves to satisfying ourcustomer's needs. Of course, our products as well as our services are qualified by ISO-9001 certification (obtained in Feb. 2001).
