First cut her teeth in Banking in United Bank for Africa, while serving her compulsory National Youth Service in 1988. From there she moved to Ecobank Nigeria Plc in 1989, where she spent the rest of her banking years, which spanned fourteen years.
During her tenure in Ecobank, she worked in several departments including Customer Services, Funds Transfer, Treasury and Financial Institutions Departments. While in the Treasury & Financial Institutions Department (T&FI), She worked in several units including; Money Market Unit and Domiciliary Accounts Unit.
After her working experience in Treasury, she moved to Branch Management. She headed the Marketing Department of the Bank's Apapa Branch while also acting as the back-up for the Branch Manager. She later moved to Broad Street Branch as Branch Manager and headed two other Branches before finally moving to the Premium Branch at Awolowo Road, where she worked until her voluntary resignation in 2003. She left the Bank to consolidate on her business contacts which she had been accumulating since 1992.
She is a Member of Musical Society of Nigeria; Lagos Polo Club and Ikoyi Club 1938
He is an accomplished Estate Surveyor and Valuer with vast experience in the Marine and Industrial Sectors.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom. Olayinka is also a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is a Past President and Trustee of the Institute. His social interests include membership of the Ikeja Business Club.
