Dr. Ranade has an M.D. in Anesthesia from the renowned B. J. Medical College of Pune. He quit his medical practice in 1977 to focus on his family start-up Institute of Micronutrient Technology. He has successfully expanded the company to a 400-employee institution with 8 offices all over India and 2 offices overseas. Dr. Ranade now acts in an advisory capacity for Ranadey Professional Services.

His area of expertise is Life Insurance including valuation, product pricing, IFRS 17, Asset Liability Management and Risk Management to name a few.

She coordinates and manages the pensions and insurance consulting division for our overseas clients. She has created PENACT - the actuarial liability valuation tools for pensions and is responsible for maintenance and compliance with the latest regulations.

She has held managerial positions with several multi-national insurance companies in India and was actively involved in key decision-making.
