Aashima Narula is an Honours graduate with specialisation in Economics and Information Technology. Her incessant quest for learning made her follow the company's legacy of valuation
Her incessant quest for learning made her follow the company's legacy of valuation by completing her Masters in Valuation of Real Estate. She is a Registered Valuer with IBBI for Valuation of Land & Building asset class.
Her progressive business outlook and fresh thoughts have played a pivotal role in introducing modern technologies and developing robust systems at RNC.
She has been involved in the large and complex valuations across Industrial, residential and commercial assets for various purposes such as Insolvency & Bankruptcy, REITs, Financial Reporting, among others.
She spearheads the Business Development and Strategy divisions with her relentless zeal to carve RNC's future initiatives.
Amita Narula is a Graduate from the Department of Human Development and has done her Post Graduation. She started off her professional career as an academician. Post her few years stint she ventured into a Garment Manufacturing Unit, spearheading their Marketing Division.
To strengthen the family venture, she joined RNC and now has a rich experience of over 2 decades in the field of retail valuations. She has been instrumental for RNC'S growth in the Retail sector servicing the Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions for their Lending requirements.
She has been at the forefront to establish a continued relationship with the banks and financial institutions and has played a pivotal role in growing RNC's regional presence. Her knowledge and expertise have enabled RNC to reach its heights and to become leading choice for Banks and Financial Institutions.
Anil Garg is an Honors graduate in Chemical Engineering and an IBBI Registered Valuer for Plant & Machinery. He is member of IOVRVF and life member as Chartered Values
He is member of IOVRVF and life member as Chartered Values of Indian Institute of valuers. He has a vast experience of more than 40 years in industries like Synthetic yarns and fibres, Packaging films, Fine chemicals and Hydrometallurgy in the areas of manufacturing, operations and projects.
He has hands-on experience in leading various Green Field and Brown Field projects comprising process plants, utilities, CPPs, Environment Management Systems. He is well versed with statutory compliances and other rules and regulations which govern various industries.
He leads the Valuation Advisory practice of RNC and his valuation experience encompasses Valuation of Real Estate, Valuation of Industrial Assets & Technical due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions, TEV Studies, Lender's engineer, Financial Reporting, etc. He is also heading the operations in the valuation division and is largely responsible for the smoother execution of the projects across the firm. He has been involved in the major mandates of the firm across the service mix.
His pivotal role in the team has ensured the timely and accurate delivery of the reports. His in-depth knowledge and vast experience have enabled RNC to achieve newer heights.
CA Vineet Rathi is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India he has also additionally pursued qualification on Information Systems Auditors.
Vineet is involved in several large assignments for valuation of Securities or Financial Assets, Intangible Assets, Instruments, & Derivatives in various purposes like Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Impairment Testing, Purchase Price Allocation and others. He has in-depth expertise and experience in these segments.
Chander Sawhney is a Fellow Member of ICAI, a Fellow Member of ICSI and also a Registered Valuer with IBBI. He has over 18 years of Valuation, Transaction advisory and consulting experience.
Chander was the Partner & Head of Valuations in his last serving role and also part of the India Leadership Team at Corporate Professionals, a SEBI Registered (Cat-I) Merchant Banker in New Delhi. He has worked with many mid to large companies in advising them on various Valuation, M&A and Deals including both domestic and cross border transactions.
Chander has been at the forefront of the development of the valuation profession in India and has served at prestigious positions as a Member of the Central Government (MCA) Committee under Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, entrusted with the responsibility to recommend/frame the Indian Valuation Standards and advise on Institutional Framework for Regulation and Development of Valuation Profession in India.
During his stint at Corporate Professionals, he also acted as the lead Author of 2 unique books on Valuation titled as "Business Valuation in India-beyond the numbers".
He has worked across sectors such as Auto & Auto Components, Capital Goods, Chemicals, Construction Materials, Consumer Durables, e-commerce, FMCG, Financial Services, Healthcare & Pharma, Hotels, Industrial Machinery, IT Software, IT Hardware, Media, Metals and Mining, Paper, Power and Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Retail, Telecom, Textiles, Transportation and Infra etc.

Sahil is one of the few people in country who have an in-depth knowledge across valuations of all the three asset classes - Plant & Machinery, Land & Building and Securities or Financial Assets, making him one of the leading cross functional valuation professionals in the country.
He heads the Valuation, Corporate Finance & Deals and Advisory practices of the organization and looks after the Business Development strategies which helps in shaping the future of the organisation. He has been a part of numerous large and complex transactions for Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Insurance, Financial reporting, among others.
Under his able leadership, RNC has obtained experience and expertise in offering advisory services to various sectors such as Metals, Mining, Power, EPC & Infrastructure, Chemicals and Fertilizers, Engineering, Real Estate, Cement, Construction, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, Automobile, Logistics, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Information Technology & Electronics, Textile, etc.
Sahil is an active speaker in various conferences, seminars and webinars covering topics such as Valuations, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Mergers & Acquisitions, etc. organised by ASSOCHAM, CII, I-Deals, ICAI, Legal Era, among others. He also had the privilege to be invited as a speaker by the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) to address to senior officials of the other three regulators - Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) & Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Sahil is also the Co-Chairman at National council of Insolvency and Bankruptcy & Valuations at ASSOCHAM and CII's Task Force on Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
