With a bachelor's degree in administration/marketing and 14 years of insurance expertise, Kelly is an indemnification and business development specialist. She previously worked for eight years at Intact Insurance as an account manager within the brokerage network. Several years ago, Kelly obtained her commercial insurance licence. As part of her new mandate at RCCAQ, she hopes to have a significant impact on business development while maintaining trust-based relationships with brokers. She is also the go-to person for clients and members with questions on the code of ethics and regulatory matters.

Richard Giroux joined the RCCAQ in 2006 and oversees RCCAQ Insurance's activities. With over 35 years of experience in the brokerage insurance industry, he previously served as vice-president and co-owner of Soly Chabot Ranger Ltd. for nearly 25 years.
In his work with the RCCAQ, Richard draws on his extensive insurance and regulatory knowledge. An experienced communicator, he also runs corporate training programs.
