Born and raised in South Dakota, Alan Townsend is a 3 rd generation real estate broker and property manager. Mentored and trained in the Townsend family Real Estate Company in land ownership, financing, investments, construction, as well as taxes planning and commercial ownership.

A California native from Marin County, Daniel grew up in construction working in his father's flooring company. On moving to San Diego in 2006, Daniel joined the Rancho Mesa team, acquiring his real estate license and then a broker's license in 2011.
Now a Pacific Beach resident with almost 10 years of experience, Daniel manages and extensive portfolio of properties throughout San Diego, with an emphasis on the coastal communities.

He is well versed and experienced in managing, marketing, accounting, and valuation of both single and multi-family residences. In addition to property management, Daniel has proven to be a pivotal part of Rancho Mesa's real estate sales team.
