Charles D. "Dave" Patterson has served as the Sheet Metal Operations Manager for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since November of 2011. Mr. Patterson began his career with Riddleberger Brothers in September 1987 and has held a variety of positions with the company. Prior to his current position, Mr. Patterson served as a Sheet Metal Superintendent with Riddleberger Brothers from 1991 to 2011.
Connie Newman has served as the CFO at Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since January of 2023. Mrs. Newman began her career at Riddleberger Brothers in February of 2015. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Mrs. Newman held accounting positions at Wampler Foods in Hinton, VA, and Conmat Group, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA. Mrs. Newman has been active in several non-profit organizations helping with fundraising activities. Mrs. Newman earned her BBA in Accounting and MBA from James Madison University.
Daniel J. Blosser, LEED AP+BD has served as the President of Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since January 2012. Mr. Blosser began his career with Riddleberger Brothers in June of 1987 and has held a variety of positions in the areas of Field, Safety, Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Estimating, and Division Management. Mr. Blosser has served as the Past President of the Association of General Contractors of the Shenandoah Valley, a board member of the American Subcontractor Association of the Shenandoah Valley, a member of the Blue Ridge Community College Mechanical Design Advisory Board and a member of the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board. Mr. Blosser earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and his A.A.S. in Mechanical Design Technology from Blue Ridge Community College. Mr. Blosser also completed an Advanced Leadership Program at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. Mr. Blosser holds a LEED AP+BD certification.

Darrell Moubray has served as the Construction Operations Manager for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since November of 2010. Mr. Moubray began his career with Riddleberger Brothers in June of 1979 and has held a variety of positions with the company including Certified Welder, Equipment Operator, and Foreman. Prior to his current position, Mr. Moubray served as a Plumbing and HVAC Superintendent with Riddleberger Brothers until 2010. Mr. Moubray has earned a Plumbing Master License, an HVAC Masters License and a Gas Fitter Master License.
Dewayne Mackey has served as Area Service Manager for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. Service Division in City of Lynchburg, and other southern counties in Virginia since 2009. Dewayne is an active participant in Comfort Systems USA steering committee for Technician Development. Journeyman Mechanical and Master HVAC and Backflow Certified with 24 years of HVAC experience. Active member and finance officer for the American Legion Post 16. USMC veteran 1984-1992.

Kirk Adams, LEED AP+BD has served as the Director of Preconstruction and Business Development at Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since April of 2016. Mr. Adams joined Riddleberger Brothers in 2004 and has held a variety of positions including Estimating Department Manager and Director of Preconstruction. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Mr. Adams served as a Project Manager at Poole and Kent in Baltimore, Md. and a Projects Controls Engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation in Frederick, Md. Mr. Adams has served as a member of the State Board of Directors and the Valley District Executive Committee for the Associated General Contractors of Virginia. Mr. Adams earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and holds a LEED AP+BD certification.

Matthew L. Landes has served as the Vice President of Construction Operations for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Landes joined Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. in May of 1998 as a Project Manager. Mr. Landes served as a Senior Project Manager from December 2005 to September 2013. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Mr. Landes held the position of Maintenance Engineer for Hoechst Celanese Celco Plant in Narrows, Va. and held positions in HVAC Installation and Sheet Metal Fabrication at Landes Heating and Air Conditioning in Harrisonburg, Va. Mr. Landes earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Monty Cassell has served as Area Service Manager for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since 2011. Monty has more than 35 years of experience in the HVAC service industry as pipefitter, welder, service tech, service supervisor and service manager covering Northern Virginia and West Virginia areas. Monty holds a Virginia HVAC Master License, WV Fire Damper Technician License, WV HVAC Technician License, and Maryland HVAC Master License.
Nathaniel R. Hevener has served as the Safety Manager for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Hevener began his career with Riddleberger Brothers in August of 2007 as a Safety Coordinator after completing an internship in the Safety Department in the summer of 2007. Mr. Hevener earned his B.S. in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University.

Neal F. Buchanan has served as a Senior Project Manager for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Buchanan began his career with Riddleberger Brothers in June of 2004 as a Project Manager after completing an internship in the Engineered Sales Group in the summer of 2003. Mr. Buchanan has completed both the FMI Project Management Academy and the CSUSA Leadership Academy. Mr. Buchanan is active in multiple cattle organizations that promote leadership development and provide scholarship opportunities for local youth. Mr. Buchanan earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Richard A. "RJ" Ceely has served as Service Manager at Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. since January of 2008. Mr. Ceely joined Riddleberger Brothers in 2001 and has held a variety of positions from Field Service Technician to Service Manager. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Mr. Ceely served as a Lead Start Up Technician at Dunham-Bush in Harrisonburg, VA and served as a Gunners Mate Missile 2nd Class in the United States Navy. Mr. Ceely has earned an HVAC Masters license, a WV HVAC Technician License, and an OSHA 30 certification.

Theresa Blair began her career as Human Resources Director for Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. in January 2021. Ms. Blair previously held the role of Human Resources Supervisor since August 2012. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Inc., she held the positions of Information Systems Analyst and Payroll Supervisor with Virginia Poultry Growers Cooperative. Ms. Blair also held the Payroll positions with Rocco/Cargill and Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. Ms. Blair earned her A.A.S Information Systems Technology from Blue Ridge Community College.
Kenneth "Wayne" Gibson, Jr. has served as the Vice President of Service since December 2016 and General Manager of Service since January of 2011. Mr. Gibson joined Riddleberger Brothers in September of 1999 and has held a variety of positions including Service Sales Representative, Service Manager, and Controls Group Manager. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Mr. Gibson served as an Assistant Service Manager and a Service Technician at Landes Heating and Air Conditioning in Harrisonburg, Va. Mr. Gibson has completed both the CSUSA Leadership Academy and the CSUSA Sales Leadership Program. Mr. Gibson has served as a member of the Massanutten Technical Center Foundation Board of Directors and is the President of the Massanutten Technical Center Alumni & Supporters Association. Mr. Gibson is a graduate of the Massanutten Technical Center.
