RA Smith Construction works with client to establish allowances for material selections and/or client finalizes interior and exterior finish choices, such as tile, fixtures, hardware, paint, etc., as appropriate... Contractor and prospective client meet at the project site to have a healthy exchange of questions and answers about the project and process. This dialogue enables the contractor to understand the scope of the project, as well as the client's needs, expectations, investment goals and decision-making process. Please allow about 1 to 1.5 hours for this meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting, we can then decide if we are a good fit for each other and if there are mutual reasons to move to the next step.
