Michael serves as the Director of Research for RBO & Co., focusing on fundamental security analysis, portfolio management and client service. Michael has 20 years of experience in the equity markets. For over a decade he worked at Driehaus Capital Management in Chicago, a highly regarded investment management firm managing several billion dollars across several mutual funds. As a Senior Equity Research Analyst, he covered companies, met with management teams, and initiated stock selections of both domestic and international companies. Following his time at Driehaus, he continued his love of research and joined a large investment advisor team at Northwestern Mutual in Omaha, NE, where he helped clients meet financial goals by building tailored portfolios. Michael is a graduate of Miami University, where he received a degree in finance, and holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from DePaul University. A native of the Philadelphia area, he now resides in St. Helena where he spends his spare time exploring the Napa Valley and continuing his wine education.

Dominic serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for RBO & Co., acting as a central point of contact for operational, technological and compliance matters. Dominic also focuses on client service, workflow processes, custodial relationships, long-term strategy and execution of the Managing Partner's vision. As RBO's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Dominic is also responsible for risk management, internal controls, and federal & state regulatory compliance. Dominic holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University, which he attended on a 4-year ROTC scholarship. Prior to joining RBO in 2016, he served six years in the Army as an Intelligence Officer, where he attained the rank of Captain. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal during his deployment to Sadr City, Iraq, and received the Joint Service Commendation Medal for his four years of service as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at the Pentagon. Born and raised in the Napa Valley, Dominic's ties to the community run deep, where he volunteers with several non-profit organizations. He is also a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S. (VFW) and belongs to the American Legion Post 199. Dominic enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, making home wine, playing tennis, and attempting to golf.

John serves as the Staff Accountant for RBO & Co., handling bookkeeping and financial reporting. John also focuses on information technology (IT), compliance support and special projects that support the leadership team. John came to RBO after working in accounting for the Town of Windsor and previously for the County of Sonoma. In both positions, John maximized technology integrations to improve existing processes and the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. John also worked on the Investment Services Team for Redwood Credit Union and as a Legal Assistant and Network Administrator for multiple law firms. John graduated cum laude from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) program in 2021. John is a native of Northern California, born and raised in Eureka. He is an accomplished multi-instrumental artist, having performed with the likes of members of the Peter Gabriel band and Journey, among others. John and his wife reside in Windsor with their two children.

Josh serves as Senior Portfolio Advisor at RBO. His responsibilities include fundamental security analysis, portfolio management, and client service. Josh began his career in investments as a research associate at Sanford C. Bernstein in New York. He then spent six years as analyst and telecommunications sector portfolio manager at TIAA-CREF in San Francisco. Prior to joining RBO in 2012, Josh worked as an independent consultant for hedge-fund, mutual-fund, and private equity clients.

Marilyn serves as Executive Advisor for the firm. She began her career at RBO in 1993 working alongside the founder, Reg Oliver. She has a keen understanding of the firm's founding principles and shares in its vision for the future. Marilyn brings an extensive background in administration and client relations. She works closely with the firm's leadership and focuses on the team's health and well-being, brand awareness and client and community relations. Marilyn is a Notary Public and serves as a volunteer for Providence Community Health Napa Valley (formerly Collabria Care Hospice & Adult Day Services). She is also an actor and member of the SAG-AFTRA, with credits that include television, film, and awareness campaigns. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, culinary pursuits, and travel with her family.

Pam serves as the Administrative Executive for RBO & Co. With over 20 years of experience and a track record of exceptional performance in client focused, time-sensitive environments, Pam manages administrative duties and client relations closely with our leadership team. Pam came to RBO after 14 years in the office of the General Manager of Meadowood Napa Valley, where she served four general managers and was a member of the Executive Committee overseeing the resort. Across the vast property and operation, she was called upon to assist and problem solve in many areas such as hotel operations, project management, employee relations, maintenance and service. Prior to Meadowood, Pam was a supervisor at a local wine and food institution, The Bounty Hunter, and before that an executive assistant to the COO of Landry's Restaurants, a previously publicly traded restaurant brand owner. Pam and her husband are native Texans who moved to California in 2003. They reside in Napa with their son and enjoy wine and cuisine, escaping to Pismo Beach, and family movie nights.

Vivian serves as Director of Operations for RBO & Co. She specifically provides operational oversight for the completion of all client services, new business, accounting, staff deployment and office management. Her accessibility, attention to detail and responsiveness ensures that strategies are implemented to help meet the unique needs of every client. Vivian began her career in corporate banking with Bank of America and spent twenty years in consumer and commercial retail banking and lending in the Napa Valley before joining RBO in 2006. She attended California State University, Fresno and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from California State University, Sonoma with an emphasis in Management and Finance. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Vivian enjoys traveling to explore other cultures and cuisines.
