With over a decade in the industry including working in real estate sales; state and national corporate teams, Bianca Denham has been with the Ray White Group from the 'ground up'. Her passion for the craft of being a great real estate practitioner has seen her develop countless high performing agents throughout the network. She also displays great depth of understanding for the inner workings of the real estate agency business and it's complexity. Bianca has worked with many of our business leaders around improving their structures for growth and recruitment. Bianca heads up the national performance team with a special focus on recognition and development programmes for our Elite and Chairman's Elite agents and business leaders.

Brian White, the grandson of Ray White, joined the business in 1962 after completing an economics degree at the University of Queensland. He's been leading and inspiring members of the family business every day since.
He took over as Managing Director of the company in 1976. His brother, Paul, also joined at that time. A key decision at that time was to transform a strong provincial business into a national broad based real estate group.
Brian has emphasised that it has been the integrated strength of his family that has created this continuing growth. His two sons now play vital roles in the company, with Sam White heading up Loan Market and Dan White taking on the role of Managing Director at Ray White. His son Ben White owns and runs property management technology platform, Ailo.
I started at Ray White at the start of 2023, I'm the face behind our corporate marketing inbox and responsible for being the first point of contact for marketing queries and support for both corporate and the network. Each day looks a little different in this role, from assisting the marketing team with projects and campaigns in relation to the Ray White brand to managing the team's administration duties. I also help new Ray White offices within their onboarding process creating marketing plans to help get them started! I started my design role with Ray White in May 2021 in the marketing team. I am currently working as the Senior Graphic Designer where I find great joy in designing and collaborating with the talented marketing team. My passion for design extends beyond my role as I have the opportunity to contribute to various departments within the company.I have gained valuable expertise in creating visually appealing graphics and I am proud to play a vital role in promoting the brand. When I'm not behind my desk, I love spending time with my adorable dog, Frankie. Frankie has even made it to the spotlight as a model, proudly representing Ray White in the latest photoshoot.

With an illustrious career spanning several decades, Carey ventured into the real estate industry at 17, laying the foundation for his remarkable journey. Throughout his professional tenure, he has significantly contributed to the esteemed Ray White Group, assuming various roles such as salesperson, franchise owner, and development manager. Since 1998, Carey has proudly served as the Chief Executive of Ray White's New Zealand operations, guiding the company towards unprecedented growth and success.
Carey embarked on his corporate career with Ray White in Sydney during the latter part of 1989, where he excelled as a development manager and auctioneer. In 1994, after successfully managing a business for two years, he undertook the challenge of merging Mair & Co and Peet & Co into the prestigious Ray White brand, thus becoming an integral part of Western Australian operations. Recognising his expertise and dedication, Carey was entrusted with leading Ray White's expansion into New Zealand in 1996 when the company operated under United Realty, boasting an impressive 58 offices. Shortly thereafter, in late 1998, he assumed leadership of the operation, overseeing its conversion to Ray White United and, subsequently, Ray White Real Estate.
In addition to his vast experience in the real estate industry, Carey possesses a profound understanding of family businesses and succession planning. To further enhance his knowledge and skills, he pursued advanced studies at Harvard Business School, where he completed the prestigious OPM course, graduating in 2018. This educational pursuit has undoubtedly contributed to his strategic acumen and leadership prowess.
Building upon his impressive track record, Carey transitioned to Executive Chairman in late 2022, a testament to his exceptional leadership and valuable contributions to Ray White New Zealand. This elevated position further strengthens the organisation's leadership structure, solidifying its position as a frontrunner in the real estate industry.
Carey's outstanding achievements and commitment to excellence have earned him the esteemed status of a Life Member of the REINZ (Real Estate Institute of New Zealand), recognising his significant contributions and unwavering dedication to the industry.
I joined the Ray White marketing team in 2016, working in the CX space. For the last five years, internal communications have been my focus, including transforming our weekly newsletter into The Insider that we all know and love! Today you'll find me working behind the scenes, ensuring that our communication platforms such as ConcepSend, Whiteboard and Together are the best they can be, and I'm your go-to for any commercial network specific communications. I also have a keen eye for detail and can spot a typo a mile away!

Dan is the Managing Director of the Ray White Group, a role he's had since 2015. He joined the White family group following three years with Macquarie Bank in its listed property trust division in Sydney, and two years with Arthur Anderson in Brisbane. Dan graduated with a combined Commerce and Laws degree from the University of Queensland.
Dan formed Ray White Capital (formerly White & Partners) in 2002, a firm that invests on behalf of the White family, as well as institutional investors, family offices and private wealth managers.
Dan is also a director of White & Partners, based in Brisbane - a property investment and advisory business that creates value to the White family and co-investors by partnering with sector experts, as well as providing trusted strategic advice to government, institutions and corporate tenants.
Dan became part of the executive team at Ray White in 2008 and initially focused on the development of the commercial network and prestige sales, before taking over the day to day running of the business from his father in 2015.
Since 2008, Daniel has forged a path in real estate that has seen him work at a 'front-line' level; firstly as a salesperson, then as an auctioneer, where he has personally auctioned in excess of 8,000 properties, being recognised on multiple occasions by both the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand as well as the Real Estate Institute of Australasia as the leading auctioneer.
In more recent years, Daniel has led at a strategic level across multiple market sectors in national roles working with franchises, offices and salespeople to grow their businesses and market share.
Having joined Ray White in 2020 as the company's Chief Operating Officer. This work, together with change management he has worked to influence, strategise, and help the company collaborate to higher levels of performance. His progression to the role of Chief Executive has been a natural transition, and now sees Daniel lead an organisation that is proud to combine 195 locally owned and operated businesses.
Daniel is regularly called upon by the media for market commentary and analysis of the real estate sector, as well as serving on the Auction Sector Group for the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
I started at Ray White in March 2020 as the web developer for the team. My role started as creating HTML templates in Outfit for the network, but after a couple of months I'm now also creating various landing pages for the team such as Ray White Now, Luxury Homes, and Proudly. Aside from that I'm also helping the team with whatever coding-related questions and issues they have.
As the brand manager for the group, my role is to develop the assets and marketing materials used by our members to best represent our brand and what it stands for to consumers. My role sits within the marketing team and also includes onboarding new offices and managing relationships with our suppliers and media partners.
Domenic Belfiore, a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, has returned to the role of CEO in the Ray White family, marking a triumphant comeback to the position. In January 2019, he transitioned from CEO of Victoria and Tasmania to partner with Ray White Werribee. Now, he assumes the helm once again.
Domenic's prior leadership at Ray White Werribee was nothing short of astounding, overseeing unprecedented growth. Under his guidance, the market share tripled to over 20%, and they achieved the coveted title of the #1 office in Victoria and Tasmania for the number of sales in the financial year ending June 30, 2023. His strategic direction and business acumen propelled the annual sales from 84 in 2019 to a remarkable 500-plus.
I joined the Ray White family in December 2022, a few days before the Christmas party! My role revolves around the key visual branding of the Ray White Group. I assist the team by designing print and digital marketing collateral for the network, corporate and events. I started at Ray White in September 2021, where I became the resident communications whiz responsible for The Insider (every Tuesday) and The White Report (every quarter). I'm available to service any business unit's needs, including helping to build large education docs, ad-hoc network communication, and copy for events, marketing, or tech. No two days are the same in comms, and if you need anything from me I can be found huddling near the Sydney marketing lolly jar. If in doubt, ask me - I'm here to help! I started my role in the corporate office on September 24, 2018 (my birthday!) after working in the network for two years. As the Senior Graphic Designer, I assist in creating design collateral for corporate and network stakeholders alongside three other amazing designers. We work on a range of projects including print, video editing, social media and website design.
