Landwehrmann Engineering Commercial Projects include the structural design of business and retail buildings, ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet. We design the primary steel support system, secondary metal stud framing system and/or masonry shear wall system on all projects. We work with owners, architects and contractors to formulate a preliminary layout, followed up with the final structural design and generate the actual AutoCad structural design drawings... Landwehrmann Engineering works with industrial clients for plant renovations, additions and equipment support. We design structural steel roof-top equipment platforms, concrete floor pits and the reinforcement of existing structures for additional loading. We design new plant additions in structural steel and new concrete foundations for other pre-engineered buildings.
