Our purpose is to train individuals to be sensitive, compassionate, caring, and respectful to those who are in need... MCTC offers Resident Care Worker and Home Support Worker training programs beginning every year in the Spring and Fall. Each program is designed to teach you the skills to become an effective caregiver with the ability to be employable in the field.
