Currently the major focus of Ransom Tech Services LLC is remote hands support in the Northern, VA and Winchester, VA areas. Additionally we offer support outsourcing, office LAN support, and general consulting services. We also, in certain scenarios, offer consulting (with remote support) for organizations anywhere in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania... Bob began working in the computer industry in 1996 and entered the data center sector in 2000. Over the years he worked with various companies and gained valuable experience in many different aspects of data center operations. With his "jack of all trades" experience he found a huge need in the Ashburn, VA area with a huge collection of companies that have data center presence but no office presence in the area. While servers are supposed to just do their job we all know that this isn't always the case.
