As the Managing Director, Mr Harshvardhan Agarwal is the guiding force of the Company. He looks after product development and manages operations in our manufacturing facilities across Eastern India. With over eighteen years of experience in the foundry industry, he has set new standards and established niche operations to bring RBA Ferro Industries to a position that it has reached today. He is a proud alumni of St. Xaviers College, Kolkata.
With over 4 decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Om Prakash Agarwal is a towering personality in the Indian Foundry Industry. Being a part of RBA Group for decades, he founded RBA Ferro Industries in 1986, as an attempt to deliver quality low cost castings to the domestic and international market. Mr. Agarwala is solely responsible for the brand building and recognition of RBA Ferro in the international market. He takes care of Client Aquisition and Business Development.
