Anthony holds 14 ICC certifications in the disciplines of Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Inspections including an ICC certification as a Certified Building official. Anthony's certificates are available for review by request. He is also registered as a Code Enforcement Officer with the State of South Carolina Building Codes Council.
Anthony is a member of many professional associations including the South Carolina Plumbing, Gas, and Mechanical Association, the Association of State Flood Plain Managers, and the Cherokee County Home Builder's Association. A veteran Code Enforcement Official, Anthony is very familiar with members of the construction industry in upstate South Carolina. Anthony averages over 35 hours of continuing education training in order to keep current on code changes and revisions.
Keith holds 21 ICC certifications in the disciplines of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Inspections. The certifications include Certified Building Official and Master Code Professional. Keith is a registered Building Code Official with the State of South Carolina.
Keith is the former President of Upper State Code Enforcement Association of South Carolina and served two terms as president of the Building Officials Association of South Carolina. Keith was honored as the Building Official of the Year by the Upper State Code Enforcement Association and received the Melvin Allen Educational Award.
