Mike has experience in accounting in dentist practices, real estate (wholesalers, rehab, flips, rent for commercial and residential), construction, landscaping, law practices, manufacturing, mortgage brokers and software development (internet web pages, game software development, mobile phone applications, etc.). In addition to public accounting, he has served as the CFO for Saffire, Inc. a software development studio from 2001 to 2008. With Saffire, Mr. Ricks provided financial and legal services to the company as well as working with the executive management team to provide strategic direction and business development. Mr. Ricks received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Ricks served as Treasurer of the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation, Utah Chapter, and served as a board member for 3 years from 2002 to 2005.
