He has lived and worked in the USA, Germany and the UK and prior to joining RedLine Solutions he most recently held the VP of Sales and Marketing and CEO positions at an international hardware manufacturer. He also holds degrees in Electrical Electronic Engineering and Technical Management, as well as an MBA in Marketing.

Todd has more than 24 years of experience in barcoding and RFID systems. He has served on various advisory councils, including serving as the Produce Marketing Association's PTI Technology Working Group's Co-Chair and being a member of the PMA Block Chain Committee where he focuses on bringing technology enhancements to the Produce Industry.

Tom is an experienced financial, administrative and facilities professional with 30+ years in accounting, finance and human resources. Tom has been a partner with a large national CPA firm, held several strategic controller and financial management positions, as well as operated his own business.
