RBG - Key Persons
Abby got to know the RBG team while she was still a student, completing audit internships in both 2020 and 2021. After graduating, she joined the firm full time. Today, Abby works as audit staff and has quickly developed experience working with clients in the areas of manufacturing and distribution, nonprofits, and employee benefit plans.
A hardworking professional, Abby's exemplary school record is a testament to her abilities. She graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA and was named to the Chancellor's Honor Roll with Highest Honors every year that she was in college.
Raised in Greenfield, Tennessee, Abby currently lives in Memphis. Her favorite aspects of the city are the great food that it has to offer and the small-town atmosphere. She loves to spend time at Shelby Farms Park. Abby's hobbies include drawing, cooking, and watching football.
In 2020, Alexis joined the RBG team as an intern in the audit department but joined the firm full time in 2021. She now serves her clients as an audit senior.
Alexis is originally from Brandon, MS, but currently lives in Memphis, TN. In her free time Alexis enjoys cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies and Ole Miss Rebels with her husband and puppy.
Amanda joined the RBG team in 2022 as a tax coordinator. Growing up with an IRS agent for a father and an Enrolled Agent for a mother, she learned how to process a tax return by age ten. In fact, taxes were so much a part of Amanda's life growing up, she didn't realize that April 16 th wasn't a holiday until she was in the fourth grade!
A motivated professional, Amanda attributes her career success to her willingness to learn something new and to take on whatever role is needed to get the job done. She is currently a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Collierville.
A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Amanda now lives in Collierville with her husband, Andrew, their children, Aria and Drew, and their three dogs. Her favorite activities include reading, writing, and trying to keep up with all the ideas her kids have. When she has the opportunity to travel, Amanda loves visiting amusement parks.
Amber first joined the RBG team in 2021 as a hybrid intern. She returned to the firm in 2022 to complete a tax internship and is currently serving as Tax Staff.
A dependable and hardworking professional, Amber has labored diligently to prepare herself for a career in accounting. On top of completing multiple internships, she has applied herself in school and excelled. She served as a graduate teaching assistant in 2021, is a member of the Helen Hardin Honors Society, and was a 2020 recipient of the PCPS George Willie Scholarship Recipient. On top of that, Amber is already an active member of the professional community. She is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the National Association of Black Accountants
A native of Memphis, Amber's favorite aspects of the city are its culture and its food. She loves to spend time with family and friends who live nearby. Her hobbies include cooking, crocheting, and traveling-her favorite destinations are Nashville and New Orleans.

Ashley joined the RBG team in 2023 and brings seven years of experience to her role as Manager in the Audit Department. Her specialties include audits of government and not-for-profits, as well as audits over uniform guidance compliance for state and federal funding. She also works with clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Known for her joyful demeanor, Ashley strives to build meaningful relationships with the people she serves, and loves that no two clients are the same!
Ashley resides in Olive Branch with her husband, Todd, their three dogs, Wrigley, Sully, and Zeke, and a cat named Kitty. She loves living in the Memphis area because it is a big city with a small-town feel, where it is as easy to run into a friendly face as it is to pursue a new opportunity! When not on the job, Ashley enjoys adventuring outdoors, swimming, kayaking, or playing kickball. Her favorite vacation destination is the Caribbean, and she roots for Ole Miss and the Memphis Grizzlies.
A member of the RBG team since 2019, Austin began as a Tax Intern before stepping into his current role in the firm's tax department in 2020.
Austin and his wife, Josie, currently live in Hernando, Mississippi with their dog Avery. He enjoys spending his free time with family, playing golf, and hunting.
Benjamin (Ben) joined RBG in 2014, shortly after graduating from college. He serves as an audit manager in the firm's Manufacturing & Distribution department. Ben credits his success in the field to his detail oriented nature. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
Brandon completed an internship with RBG in 2018 before joining as a full-time staff member in 2019. He currently serves on the tax staff.
Brandon is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and a resident of Memphis. In his free time, Brandon enjoys golfing, hunting, and watching sports.
Brian worked with RBG in 2020 as an Audit Intern but joined the firm full time in 2021 as a Staff Accountant for the same department. He is a graduate from the University of Mississippi and, as a student, spent three years on the Dean's List.
Brian is originally from Brandon, MS, but currently resides in Memphis, TN. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and playing music with friends.
Catherine joined the RBG team in 2022, bringing over ten years of experience as a human resources professional to the firm. Prior to joining RBG, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Triumph Bank.
A kind and patient professional, Catherine is passionate about career development. She attributes her career success to hard work and great mentors. She is currently affiliated with both the National and Memphis Chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mid-South. In 2020, Catherine was honored with an HR Impact Award from Memphis Business Journal.
Catherine lives in Collierville with her husband, their five children, and their two dogs. She enjoys watching her husband cook and her kids play sports. Catherine also loves to travel, and her favorite place to visit is Spanish Wells, Bahamas.

Chad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), TN Society of CPAs, and MS Society of CPAs. Additionally, Chad serves as a member of the Finance Committee for the Economic Development Growth Engine (EDGE) for Memphis & Shelby County.
Chase joined the RBG team in 2021. He currently serves in the firm's audit department as a senior.
Chase is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
Chase is originally from Richland, Mississippi, but currently resides in Hernando, Mississippi. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, grilling, and spending time with his wife, Kelly.

- Information Technology Manager
Since 2022, Chase has served RBG as the firm's information technology manager. In this role, he is responsible for technology management and support, technology liaising, project management, disaster recovery, and product documentation. He is known within the firm for his willingness to address any technology issues his teammates may encounter and for his ability to set expectations as those issues arise. Prior to joining RBG, Chase worked for both an IT company and in the IT department of a bank.
Chase is always open to new learning opportunities-in fact, his favorite quote reads "If you're not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you." Chase was inspired to enter the IT field by his father, who recognized his son's affinities for working with technology and helping other people.
Originally from Arlington, Tennessee, Chase currently lives in Somerville with his two dogs and 19 chickens. He enjoys living in the country because of the peace and quiet there (except for when his roosters are crowing). Chase's hobbies include computers, cars, trucks, sewing, and anything to do with creating things. When he has the opportunity to travel, he loves to visit places where he can go camping, hiking, and kayaking.
Claire joined RBG in 2019 as a Tax Intern and came on as a full-time staff member in 2020. She currently serves on the tax staff.
Originally from Corinth, Mississippi, Claire now lives in Memphis. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Deborah joined RBG in 2023 and serves as an associate in the Client Advisory and Accounting Services (CAAS) department. She brings 17 years of experience in bookkeeping and consulting. Because CAAS is a new department within the firm, Deborah's role is continuously developing. Currently, she prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting and processes required documentation for clients. Deborah is known as a determined as resourceful professional, attributes that make her a valued asset as she helps her department to grow.
Raised in Memphis, Deborah resides in her hometown, an area she prizes for its ethnic diversity and multiculturalism. She is a mom to four adult children and currently has a pet cat she rescued from Overton Park. When she's not working, Deborah can be found gardening, creating artwork with her original photography, or on her bike training for a century ride (100 miles!) in the fall.

Elizabeth joined the RBG team as an audit intern in 2018, then came on as a full-time staff member the following year. She currently serves on the audit staff as a senior.

Elizabeth grew up in Tupelo, MS and recently moved to Memphis to begin her accounting career. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with family, friends and her dog, Roo.

Since joining the Reynolds Bone & Griesbeck (RBG) team in 2021, Fred has worked diligently to achieve the best outcomes possible for his clients. He currently serves as an senior manager in the firm's Financial Institutions Department. A professional in the field since 2011, prior to joining RBG Fred spent nine years working for Caesars Entertainment.
An analytical professional, Fred's strengths are attested to by his many professional accreditations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Fred credits his long-term career success to a combination of faith and determination.
Originally from Hollandale, Mississippi, Fred currently lives with his wife and children in Horn Lake. Outside of the office, he enjoys watching sports and reading.
Hunter joined the RBG team as an Audit Intern in 2019, then came on as a full-time staff member the following year. He currently serves on the audit staff.
Raised in Ripley, Mississippi, Hunter currently lives in Memphis. He likes to spend his free time hiking, walking his dog, and cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
Jacob became a member of the RBG team in 2023. He serves in the role of Audit Staff, specializing in Employee Benefit Plans and working with clients in the not-for-profit, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Prior to joining the firm, Jacob spent a year and a half on the industry side of accounting, focusing primarily on Fixed Assets. His experience in various aspects of the field helps him bring a breadth of expertise to his clients.
Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Jacob now lives in Memphis, where he loves the wide variety of delicious food that can be found. A former college baseball pitcher, Jacob enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Joe originally joined RBG in 2020 as a tax intern. In 2021, he came onboard full time as a staff accountant, once again working in the Tax Department. He is responsible for performing tax work for a variety of entities and individuals. Joe has passed all portions of the CPA exam and is currently working on completing the other requirements-he is looking forward to earning the designation in the summer of 2022.
A hardworking professional, Joe's school record indicates that he has a promising professional future. In 2019, he received the Mississippi Society of CPAs Undergraduate Scholarship, and he is a Taylor Medalist, which is the highest academic honor a student can receive at his alma mater, the University of Mississippi. Joe is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA). He is also a member of the Ole Miss Alumni Association, and he serves as the financial advisor of the Beta Beta chapter of Beta Theta Pi, his college fraternity.
Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Joe currently lives in Memphis, Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, grilling, and watching sports-he loves to cheer on Ole Miss and the St. Louis Cardinals. When he has the chance to travel, Joe's favorite destination is Destin, Florida.
John joined RBG in 1975 after graduating from college and has been with the firm throughout his entire professional career. He served as the firm's managing partner from 2004 through 2019. His whole career has been spent working primarily with community banks and other financial institutions, providing audit, tax, and advisory services. He has helped several clients recover significant tax dollars from prior years by identifying errors in prior year returns. In another instance he helped a client achieve permanent tax savings through analysis of a transaction and suggesting the proper tax treatment.
A hard working professional, John's teammates describe him as intense. Growing up, his parents taught him the value of hard work and that things worth having are worth working for. He followed in the footsteps of his father, also a CPA, when he chose to pursue a career in the accounting field. Having watched how hard his father worked, John developed a sense that being a CPA was an honest profession that rewarded those who applied themselves. His commitment and hard work certainly paid off-John earned the highest grade in the state of Tennessee on the May 1975 CPA exam! And he didn't stop there! John went on to earn the CPA designation in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri!
John is committed to serving within his professional community. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA). As a member of the TSCPA, he serves on the Personnel Committee, is a member of Council, and previously served as the chair of the organization's Board of Directors. John also spent time serving as the chair of the Memphis Chapter of the TSCPA and the chair of the Board of Directors of Allinial Global, an association of independent accounting firms.
Born and raised in Memphis, John currently resides in Germantown with his wife of over four decades, Judy. Together they have four grown children and eight grandchildren. Outside of the office, John enjoys devoting his time to family, almost all sports, food and wine, and travel.

Lee is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Memphis Estate Planning Council.
Ross has been a valuable member of the RBG team since 1994. He currently serves as the Financial Controller. Ross is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA.
A Memphis native, Ross and his wife, Cathy have two adult children. They currently have two 80lb rescue dogs. In his free time, Ross can be found reading, movies, and traveling.
