Brad Carbo leads the rand* Dallas office and is focused on continued business expansion. With over 20 years of experience in construction and professional services, he joined rand* after over 10 years with JLL, most recently leading Project & Development Services for their South-Central Region. Brad is well-known in the Texas real estate and construction industry, specifically in Dallas where he has spent over 17 years in the market. He began his career as a general contractor with over 8 years of experience in estimating and project management with premier commercial interiors contractors in the Dallas market.

Bryan Stolz - VP

Cullen McGuire - SVP

Cullen is a Senior Vice President, Partner, and co-lead of rand*'s Denver office and oversees all business and project operations for the Mountain West region. His significant experience in project management and focus on team building makes him an ideal leader within the organization as well as an executive liaison for client, design, and construction management teams. He provides strategic direction and operational management to the field and office team while communicating at an executive level with the client regarding project progress, on-site issues, priorities, and end-user concerns. Cullen graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined rand* construction in 2005 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Washington, DC office. Cullen's tenure as Director of the Denver office has produced an average annual year-over-year growth of just over 30%. Over the course of his career he has delivered dozens of award-winning corporate, tenant interiors, restaurant, hospitality, and institutional projects across multiple states, but is most proud of the best in class environment and team spirit he directs each day at the rand Denver office. Cullen enjoys spending time in the mountains in Colorado mountain biking and skiing.

David Childress - EVP

David is an Executive Vice President, Partner, and co-lead of the Washington, DC metro office with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a very diverse background of construction experience including a vast portfolio of tenant work, complex base-building projects, and major renovations. As Executive Vice President, he leads the firm's corporate functions including legal, HR, finance, and IT. He is also responsible for growing and expanding many aspects of our client base and subcontracting partners and helping senior leadership with technical challenges and business opportunities.

Linda Rabbitt - Chairman, Founder

Linda Rabbitt founded rand* construction corporation in 1989. As Founder and Executive Chairman, she is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the entire organization. She provides executive direction and oversees all aspects of corporate and financial operations. Under Linda's leadership, rand* has become one of the top commercial general contractors in the DC metro area, and is now the largest woman-founded, woman-owned commercial general contractor in the United States. Currently, Linda serves on the following boards: Children's National Hospital, the Economic Club of Washington, DC, The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, HEROES Inc and the Federal City Council. She was Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank (5th District), and she has served as an independent corporate Board member of Watson Wyatt, Towers Watson (Lead Director), Willis Towers Watson and Brookfield Properties. She has served as the Chairman/President of five associations: Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Washington Building Congress (WBC), the Washington Chapter of the International Woman's Forum, The Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Federal City Council. She remains a member of each association. Linda is a Trustee Emerita of The George Washington University, where she founded a program called "On the Board", teaching C-suite women the roles and responsibilities of corporate Board directorship. She later founded a similar program at the Harvard Business School called "Women on Boards". Linda holds a Master of Arts degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Matt is an Executive Vice President and Partner at rand*. He oversees all business and project operations in the Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston markets. He founded and opened the Austin office in 2013 and has built over $100 mm of interior construction for many of Austin's leading businesses including Reed Smith, Car2Go, Zebra, and Gensler.

Tim Schmidt - EVP

As EVP and Partner, and co-lead of the Washington, DC metro location, Tim is responsible for the successful project delivery for rand's clients and the strategic growth of the office. With over 20 years of diverse construction experience in the greater DC market, Tim is a proponent of highly collaborative partnerships with clients, team members, and providers, and is known for his passion of finding unique and creative solutions for any challenge. Before moving into the role of co-managing principal, Tim managed many of rand's most complex and challenging projects and has been a pivotal member of our tenant interiors project team responsible for dozens of craftsmanship awards. Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry and holds LEED ID+C accreditation. He is active in several industry organizations including NAIOP, DCBIA, and DC Real Estate Group. A Maryland native, Tim enjoys spending time on the Chesapeake Bay with his family and holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Todd Stokes - COO

Todd brings 22 years of experience from Baker Tilly, where he began in finance and later transitioned to business advisory services, specializing in real estate, construction, and professional services.
